Dr. Kevin 'Kevo, Pervy Doc, Uncle Kevin/Kevo' Rawlings
Kevin Rawlings has been working at the Winding Roads General Hospital's Emergency Room for roughly the last seven years of his twenty eight years of life. Easy going, kind, protective, and a mouth that could make a sailor blush, he means what he says and says what he means. He first treated Ashika Rose Dresden when she was admitted for a abdominal wound that later became a scar, he and his now fiance Sirrah Tayashi meeting from this injured girl. Though he knows that she is a half demon, he loves her for who she is and would never leave her side if he had his way. Kevin has a bad habit of using foul language in the O.R and when his co workers push him too far, but now that he is Cheif of Staff and head of the E.R it doesn't matter. He treats everyone with kindness and has grown fond of the Dresdens and their ever growing family of outcasts. He is also the uncle of Harmony, Jorden, Lokita, and Lulu, and he wants to find who the Owner is that had taken the two nekos away from their family and make him pay.

Amilia 'Mili' Regal
Seven years ago Amilia was the top cadet in her academy, her scores and accuracy the highest any of her instructors had ever seen. Her best friend from before she joined the force, Den Herltz graduated two years ahead of her. Though they were merely friends, both wanted much more. After she took her oaths and became an officer, she was assigned to Den as his partner and together they did everything by the book. Kind of anyways. They sometimes used more force than required but still held true to the creed of 'Serve and protect.' After a few weeks, the Naurses sent Tsubatsu to try and put them on payroll with the rest of the force, but they refused. After Den refused a second time, Tsubatsu doused Amilia with gasoline and set her on fire, telling him that he could save her if he went onto payroll. Amilia told him through her agony, "If you go onto payroll for them, I'll shoot your balls off." Den refused and they hit him several times before leaving. He used a fire extinguisher to put out the flames and took her to a hospital where Dr. Kevin Rawlings did what he could for her. Though she is able to preform her duty, her back is scarred from the fire, and she and Den are the only two cops in the force not under payroll. Every other unit, including the transit units such as the ambulances, are in the pockets of the Naruses. She has a keepsake from when Tsubatsu burned her, a wolf's tooth necklace that she was able to tear off of him without him knowing. She keeps it on her squad car rear view mirror as a reminder of how she refused to be broken by them.
