I see feats are allowed from Dragon Mags, but what about powers?
That aside, I've decided to switch from a Wizard to a Sorcerer. It should be up later on tonight.

Time has been lacking... every time I sit down with my books, something comes up.

Just need to finish spending some money and select powers and the character is complete.
