[[enter]] Oh, Books! We're still on school grounds! Millie was terribly happy that they weren't leaving for some strange other world this time. Avery's voice got her attention though. "This is the class!" she piped up from behind the other students that had gotten there first. Duh? Couldn't he see that? It was then Millie realized Selene was not with them yet.

Oh wait, this place was utterly familiar to Erebus.
Erebus wasn't sure if he should be disappointed because he had been expecting something cool, but he was actually quite fine with this development. After all, he had spent a lot of time reading in the library ever since he had entered Amityville.
But the Professor had to have a reason for doing this, right? And so he waited.
-------
................This looked like the library.
Marzena knew this place. Not because she was a bookworm, but because she had made her way here before, solely to read up on cacaelias, to get a better idea how to deal with the witch.
Why in the world were they shifting the class here?

Thankfully, the soldier was made for sneaking or he might have caused more of a commotion. As it was, he stumbled over the edge of the carpet on the way into the room, but that was mostly because he was peering up at the shelves, mouth slightly agape. Mmur wasn't an indoor horseman, and he could count on one hand the number of times he had been in a library, especially one so delightfully FEAR-filled.
Eventually he stopped staring. Kind of.

[[ENTER x 2]] Willow's ears twitched as she looked around noticing where they were. "Ohh the library." She said in a hushed awe. She remembered this place and she pulled Maple along with her. "I think you'll like this place." She said with a murr, "We have lots of book." Not that that wasn't evident.--------- Mjoll stood there staring at the library with a bit of distaste, it needed to be redecorated.

Millie's voice drew the behemoths attention. Though not in a good way. "I see." He started. Watching them all as they continued to gather in the room. Judging them. "So then the entire class is playing hookey?" It was more an accusation than a question. After all, with no teacher to back them up, Millie's claim was looking a little worse than bad. "And you would do well to remember that you are in the library. Do not raise your voice." A pause. "In fact, don't speak at all if you can avoid it." The last part being a personal request than an actual rule.
"Skipping class aside, how did you all come to pass through that door? You students shouldn't have the authority to use it."
He was curious to know who their teacher was. He would like to have a chat with them about this.

A library? "Rex" could have groaned aloud, he'd spent way more time reading books on the island than he had in his entire life and had come to regard books in general as little containers of headaches and misery. Granted the headaches had been lessened since he equipped himself with reading glasses but the misery had not. He really hoped they didn't need to write things, he'd served that penance already for his sins thanks to Melvin.
He hovered awkwardly at the back.

Millie had a hard time seeing over the sea of heads to Avery as more students arrived with each passing second. But no Selene yet. "We're not skipping class. This is the class. That's how we got through the door." Millie stated as a matter of factually. Surely Professor Selene wouldn't just dump them all in the library and expect the mob to behave after what happened in the lecture hall...

Sparrow was delighted to find the library. In fact, he was delighted to be in a place with books, in spite of the fact that reading was still somewhat of a hassle and writing even more so. But libraries meant information and information meant learning and learning meant happiness.
At least in Sparrow-land.
But upon stepping into the room with its less-than-thrilled librarian (Sparrow gave a cheerful wave to Avery, who he had met briefly (very briefly) before, reaching out to shake the librarian's hand and enthusiastically "What a charming place!" before moving on), it became apparent rather quickly that their teacher had not exactly come through the door with them.
Sparrow frowned a little.
"Pro...fessor?" he said, a little uncertainly, and glanced around, wondering if she had maybe just stepped behind someone else, perhaps, or maybe was just out of view at the current moment.
"You doing okay?" he asked Angeline, who's elbow he still held gently. demon_pachabel SORRY FOR QUOTING TWICE I just wanted to get Sparrow in the room akdsfsf /lays on floor >__> ---------------------------------------------------- Ren, in the meantime, had darted free of Tybalt after yanking the boil's tail before he realized they were actually in a place where running probably wasn't the best idea.
He slowed hastily to a stop, straightened his crooked tie, snapped his suspenders back into place, and cleared his throat surreptitiously attempting to look as though he had been simply walking calmly this entire time.
Really.
Ren sidled up to the nearest person, a black haired boil with cat-like ears, leaned over, and whispered, "Why are we in the library, do you know?"
And then, dropping his voice down an octave, "And do you know how long we have to be here, because really I'd much rather be sleeping or something. Eating spookies."---------------------------------------------------- Meanwhile Xavier, who was still dragging Eldrid with him, was busy attempting to figure out:
a. Where in Jack's name they were b. Why they were here. c. Why was life even worth living anymore.
And lastly:
d. Could he just go home please because really he was very useless here and not able to do anything anyway so really what was the point - ---------------------------------------------------- Mengyao had never been in a library such as this one - or, at the very least, a student library. The libraries on the Isle of Conquest had been grand and decorative, with golden fixtures and scarlet draperies and innumerable amounts of books and scrolls and all manner of interesting things.
This, needless to say, was nothing like those libraries.
Mengyao stood silently in the middle of the room with Lifen by his side and saying nothing, though disapproval practically radiated from his face.

Akubi perked up when he was being talked to. His ears twitched a little bit and he tilted his head toward his new best friend and murmured softly, "I don't know what is going on but it could be delightfully wretched and full of mayhem."
Then there was a thoughtful pause at the other preferred activities, "I could go for that as well. Naps and spookies all the way," he said grinning more widely somehow.
Yes. Akubi liked this one already. ----- Kettil had oofed a bit when Amarus tackled him for a hug in passing during transit. He laughed good naturedly and returned the embrace for as long as it lasted on the way. He liked this version of Amarus a lot. She gave plenty of hugs. *A*
The boil for now was content watching everyone else interact and waiting to see what happened.
"Miss Selene told us to go through the door," Kettil said helpfully to the librarian. Why lie?

Calm down?! Maple gave Willow a look, a very pointed look like the other ghoul was talking crazy. Though, she was making some sense really because passing out would be terrible and if there was the chance to take some of the introductory courses she had missed, well that would be lovely. It was hard not being in such a state though.
Until she passed through the portal and found herself surrounded by sweet beautiful books. The witchling's eyes lit up, seeing them all around her. Oh, beloved sanctuary. Even though...
wait... was this just the library? "Oh, y-yes..." she told the Byakko, "I-I've b-been h-here." Or was this a different one? She wasn't too sure. Didn't make it any less wonderful. How amazing would it be to have a door directly to this place from her room? She mused over the thought, finally finding herself calming down as she followed close to Willow.

Going through the doorway was very interesting indeed. It had a familiar sensation but one entirely different in all the same. The Wight couldn't help but close her eyes when they passed through, only to open them to the sight of books.
"Oh," she smiled in surprise, "books." Olivia so obviously observed. They were often rather neat, and she had never seen so many before in one place save that one time at the book store. This was going to be their stop? Well, color her curious.

The ghoul quietly enjoyed the door searching, it was quiet exciting. However she thought maybe it had frustrated poor Professor Selene so as they walked into the library Fiona took a deep breath, I will NOT destroy anything.. The roc was determined to be on her best behavior and extra careful as she was in the library with such a large class.

And the door lead them, to.... the library? He frowned and looked for a space to go move into, away from the books. Another place he would have to be super careful in, one spark and the whole place could come down. Then again the fire would be rather pretty. He smirked at the thought.
But why had they used a magic key to walk across campus? He didn't mind the walk and he doubted any of the other student would really.... was that boil on a skate bored? Andrew stood corrected.

"Mayhem, yes," said Ren, with a careful nod of his head as if the two were conversing something highly intelligent and entirely wise. "Yes, mayhem would be fun, it is a bit stuffy in a library, wouldn't you think?"
He stuck out his hand in greeting. "The name's Ren," he said cheerfully. "And just so you know, naps are the greatest thing ever."

Eldrid was currently thinking;
a. He was being dragged by a slightly taller student who didn't seem terribly arsed about the possibility of being on fire. b. He was completely fine with that, but c. Where in Jack's name were they?
He could tell it was a library, but this was the first time that he had been there - under the context that people did not like fire critters being in buildings made up paper. Standing up a little straighter and watching where he was, he gave a little pensive sound, lightly tugging Xavier where he went. It probably was a weird sight, a fire monster dragging a demon around arm in arm - since having Xavier holding on to his sleeve like a little whelp was a bit strange to the Furnace dog.
"It smells nice in here, I'm not used to being in Libraries." he said rather quietly to his partner, hoping to elicit conversation.
----------------------
Following Mengyao with his hand in hers, Lifen looked over the Library, smiling a little serenely. It was well kept and meticulously cleaned, as far as she could see - and though it was not as beautiful and vast as the one she knew at her home. Leaning toward the taller horseman, she gave a little smile.
"It is not quite as immense as I have seen, but it still a rather nice library. I did not know this was here." She told him quietly, hoping to get his mind off kids everywhere around them. He did want to see a class.
----------------------
Jack had been here before. He talked to Riyo, he recalled. In fact it was safe to say that Jack had been here many times before, the quiet atmosphere to him was heavenly - a perfect place for a cat nap.
He didn't even care what people thought, if you climbed in to a small nook where books were taken out, you could sleep for hours just relishing the silence. Looking around, he lightly waited to see what was going to show up next in the class work, tail swaying lightly behind him.

Taima had been excited to find out where the mysterious portal led and was surprised when she emerged into all too familiar surroundings. They had gone through all that trouble just to get to a building across campus? What a disappointment. Oh, well, she had planned on going to the library after class anyway, so at least it saved her the walk.
