• Silas likes to find problems and puzzle out solutions to them. He's not a brainiac, by any means, and even if he figures out a problem he can still fail to execute the solution because he likes to do things on his own. It's hard for him to accept help until he's achieved at least the minimum level of success.
On the dark side Silas can be impatient and snappish when he's really trying to concentrate, and creative pride can make him stubborn. Use caution if you're looking for a shoulder to cry on, since he can also be horribly blunt. When going through a problem-solving phase he also has a tendency to be impulsive and distracted.
On the bright side Silas is quite a sweetheart. He's got a relaxed calm that would perfectly balance an impatient or reckless personality. Teasing or barbed witisms hardly seem to affect him; if anything it seems to just amuse him. He's loyal and protective of his friends and family, and is a solid rock of reliability. He doesn't like to see others upset, and does his best to tries to make things right.
