Krissim Klaw Kipluck I screwed everything up. They all died, *Hugs* I'm so sorry, do you know what went wrong? I'm tempted to send you one of my adult girlies. I don't know. I was so excited when they started hatching after I glued it to the stick. I kept things misted and warm (on top of the tortoise cage... near but not DIRECTLY near the sun lamp for heat). But when I came back an hour later the floor of the cage was littered with tiny bodies. Even the 4 remaining babies of the first wave were dead. I don't know what happened, like if they were just left on the gound too long or what. I intend to complain the company or not including any kind of instructions, but it would likely be too late for replacements anyway, as it is turning cool soon. SIGH.

When we hatched out the ones we just picked up randomly we kinda just left things go. I do remember feeding them a LOT. Other than that, idk I was way young when we did it, and mom was kinda hands off on it.

Strange, do you know of the temperature of the area the cage was placed? I have never used heat to hatch this species though I don't think a little warmth would have killed them. It could be the ooth was a dud and the genetics were very poor in the offspring. Where did you buy them from?

I have the best thermometer, it id one you point to the area push the button and it gives you the reading. EXCELLENT for checking sides of the tank for reptiles. And it has grown legs and walked off! Seriously, if my dad has taken it off to do car stuff I am gonna be pissed. I bought them from gardeningzone.com.
