((There's red cheese... Can't remember what it's called though... I had it when I was in Australia. Was driving along and saw a dairy farm that let you sample the different cheeses they made so I thought 'why not' and stopped.))

((Well yeah, the markets where I live have refrigerator units for that kind of stuff and generators to run them. Need it in Florida.
