Horn(s): I would like him to have a customized horn, so whatever looks good to you, go for it :]
Other Notes: Peeta is very skilled at camouflaging himself, so if you have any idea’s how to incorporate that and have it look good, then go right on a head. I wanted to add it somehow, but I was not sure how to do it and have it flow together, perhaps you will have better luck :}

Neck: Around his neck is a locket hanging on a gold chain; on the outside of the gold locket is the symbol of the Mockingjay pin.

Back Legs: The back left leg is covered from hoof to thigh in silver metal (armor mecha like).

On the other back leg, on the inside, a dagger is held in place by a black strap.

Waist: Around his waist is a leather strap that holds on to a leather pouch full of blackberries that is titled, and a few berries are falling out of it.

Front Hooves: Lying by his front two hooves is a loaf of raisin nut bread.

Also on her left front leg around her ankle is an orange string with one white pearl hanging from it.
I would also like for there to be a Mockingjay bird flying behind her wings looking her, and another perched on the top of the cert looking down at her. Reference image of the Mockingjay is the best picture to look at to get a look at the bird.

Body: Smudgy mixture of orange, yellow, pink, and darker oranges. Has two bands on his ankles and ears. Also has a glowing yellow tribal marking near his backside, which can be moved down to accommodate the Quilin scales.
Face: Has a glowing yellow marking that looks kind of like a tear or lightning. Also, please edit his mouth to a more neutral look, not smiling.
Mane: Short and styled similar to the hair reference, but open to artistic liberty. Colored with a mixture of black, gray, and red like the design reference. It was originally meant to look somewhat like burning ashes.
Tail: Long Quilin Tail. Appendage colored like the body and with the two stripes near the base and tip. Hair colored like the mane.
Hooves/Fetlocks: Dark orange hooves, like paws in design ref. Fluffy fetlocks, just colored the same as the body.

Body: All is black, but her mouth area is white, and going down her legs the black fades into her white hooves. There are the patterns of peacock tails on her haunches, belly and legs in silvered gray, blue and green. The markings on her pelt look metallic.
Face: Black, with a white muzzle and the same metallic silver/green/blue feathers that go down from between her ears, around her eyes and down to her white muzzle. For her eyes one is silver and the other is an amber/russet color.
Mane: Long, #0147FA, with a dark green sheen to it like the color of the bird's feathers.
Tail: Braided, same color as mane, with the feathers colored like peacock feathers
Hooves/Fetlocks: Silvery-gray hooves and shades of gray in the fetlocks
