Despite her determination, however, she found herself at the mercy of her opponent. As the hand came for her, she closed her eyes, fearing the worse - when she opened them again, she was back in the classroom, back in her own clothes, and her sword was gone as well.

Despite her previous failure, Lizzy was determined to try again. Thus, after a good night's rest, she was back in the classroom. This time, she jumped down the black hole willingly, eyes open; the outfit change did not come as a surprise either, as she had expected it from her previous try at the class. Although the room looked slightly different this time, she was prepared for the worst as she made her way forward.

Arriving in front of the odd, floating butterfly-thing again, she realized that her body wasn't listening to her anymore; like the first time, she found herself being sucked into it, losing consciousness even though she was determined to stand her ground. Then, like before, she heard that voice, a voice that snapped her out of her trance, and when she was herself again, the ring of swords had appeared.

This time would be different. This time, there was no room for failure.

Using her sword, she swung it at the critters scurrying around, blocking her way to the only opponent she was interested in beating...

"In the name of Fear, I will defeat you!" She pointed at it dramatically, even striking a pose with her free hand planted on her waist... Although she wasn't sure why she said that, just that she felt compelled to do so. Of course, words had no impact on it, and the moment she was done with her exclamation, it attacked.

She wasted too much time talking, apparently.
