Dissipate?
Well, he didn't mind at all, this was fun, exciting, so why bothered dissipation. He wanted a good fight for a long time. He enjoyed everything in Amityville, but there was no keen battle, not the Furnace King, not the fog-like ghoul, not at all. This was thrilling, his heart was beating fast and this hunter was a good opponent, so why thought so much. Just enjoy it.
Bloods dripped over his eyes, lowering his visibility. Images were blurred and vague, but he can locate the hunter boil from his voice.
"Warning not accepted." He grinned towards the direction where he thought the boil was standing.

The slash added on the severely injured amphisbaena boil. AJ can hardly move a step, he knew that was a sign of dissipation. However, he didn't care, they can respawn from the pumpkin, this fight was more important.
"Will we meet again?" He smiled with blood coming out from his mouth, this was so much to enjoy, yet, it's ending time. The question echoed in the air as the boil's body scattered into mist, the last to vanish was the smile.
He didn't regret going into this place, he didn't regret meeting this hunter, he didn't regret at all. He was satisfied.
Yep, they will meet again, in the coming future.

There was no remark, no retort.
His face was devoid of all emotion as his last strike finished the battle.
He had dissipated a horsemen before, so this shouldn't be any different.
...So then why did he feel guilty inside?
"Will we meet again?"
Jake continued to stare at the dragon boil, who even had the nerve to smile at him as he began to dissipate, his face oozing blood.
Even as the last of him faded into the mist, the smell and sight of blood still lingered in his mind.
Blood red, just like a human. It even smelled the same.
His blades were lowered, dripping with the crimson red liquid.
Why couldn't he get rid of this feeling? Why did he feel like he made a terrible mistake?
Why?
Jake flinched and grit his teeth.
No. They were nothing alike. It was his duty to fight them. Halloween and humans could never live peacefully together.
Besides, he knew that attack wouldn't have killed him. He'd be back anyways.
Turning, he de-summoned the weapons and pulled out his pendant.
Only fate would decide if their paths should cross again.
