The Mafia was the first ones to speak, the older individual with the sunglasses and fedora speaking with a slight accent. His friend and other associate stayed quite.
"You know the city belongs to us gentleman. My boss has sent me here to obtain your word that we can come to a deal here. We dont want any more blood shed, and the last thing we need to do is be battling it out when the UHV is looking at occupying the city. We have the resources, man power, and potential to keep this city out of control by the UHV, as you can clearly see...." The speaking man offered a showing hand to the man named Ares, whom they had hired for protection during this engagement. "Clearly, your organization does not hold up to the same standards as we do."
The younger Shinjiro associate spoke quickly and harshly, but remained where he was at. His voice lacked a little bit of the depth the Kurokasa had, but carried all the confidence and arrogance a younger family member should.
"Watch your tongue, Kurokasa. You may think you own the city, but you are sorely mistaken. Remind me again who is the weapons manufacturer of this city? Who is the arms dealer to many other organizations? We have friends that you could only dream of. All we have to do is call them in, and you guys are toast. Give the city to us, and your mansion will stay in one piece."
This was getting nowhere, prehaps the guards had something to offer?
「 Katsukimaru would listen to the entire conversation, not really putting too much thought into it. Of course, most of his attention was on the opposing forces at hand, but he spent the rest of his attention on observing the area for an ambush. Golden eyes would scan the area quickly, efficiently, not picking up anything of interest however. Only thing he would vaguely notice was something or someone out of place in the distance, however it wasn't important enough to pay any more attention to than he already was. Turning his body, the multicolor haired male would turn his body just enough so that he could keep a watch on everything at hand, but also give a quick glance at the obscurity in the distance to keep an eye on it. His chakra would funnel through the blade which had the hand resting on it, not able to be detected unless one of these men were that of a sensor. If something was going to go down, he wanted to be sure to be more than ready at that second's notice. "Uhm.. Well.. From my point of view, it would seem that if we don't come to an agreement, and find a way to work together, then the UHV will.. well.. ravage us and this city. So.. in order to stop that from happening, I propose that the Kurokasa and Shinjiro create a temporary truce, just till the UHV is dealt with. Because if not, there won't be anything left for yall to rule, and you all will be buried six feet under, or burnt alive." Katsuki would move his free arm about in a wide motion, as if to put emphasis on what he just said. 」™

Ares looked to the two messengers, "Gentlemen, You two are here as messengers and both seem to desire a deal with less fighting, more money making and power, you have a new enemy on your doorstep and need to cooperate to both stay alive, which of the two of you is more powerful right now is irrelevant, you both have to face the UHV. There has to be a way your organizations can both profit from cooperation. Your business specializations and interest have to have a compliment."

The second Kurokasa man, wearing a biker bandana instead of a fedora, spoke over the first one. it seemed he was actually supposed to be the brains of this group. He spoke with a raspier older voice, but one that commanded respect.
"We remember what happened last time we housed a truce. The shinjiro sent explosives into our Casino instead of the payment they owed us! It took forever to rebuild that part and even longer for people to trust the establishment again. "
The older Shinjiro associate spoke while taking a step forward to dominant space. His voice reeked of arrogance, confidence, poise, and power.
"But thats what happens when you give a fake money order, on your profit, to the Yoshiho gang that then attacks us with our own profit. We just simply took the profit that you attempted to steal from us! Give up your Casino, and your Mansion shall remain. if not, then i cannot guarentee the safety of your precious little Don...."
The first Kurokasa man barred his teeth, reached and drew his blade.
"How ******** Dare you!" He looked to the bandana man. "Are we supposed to stand and take this?"
The Bandana man held his breath for a moment, then spoke in a cold and collected manner.
"You obviously think your weapons are tough s**t, but you fail to recognize the power we be packing. You make one move towards our mansion, and your factory will be smoldering ruins...."
「 Kazama would sigh to himself as things began to heat up. With a pissed off look, he would make his way to the dead center between the two and spread his arms. "QUIET!" His voice rumbled throughout the area, coming off more fierce, demanding, and powerful than those before him. "Look here you fools! If you don't cut your s**t and get along, the United Hidden Villages will come here, kill you all, take everything you own and would have owned, and then kill your families to stop your future generations from ever happening!" With a quick pulse of chakra, his figure would begin to distort and go blurry before it formed into a whole new person altogether. "If you want to live, which I am sure you do, you will listen to me and not be fools, or I will strike you down where you stand. I am not one to be trifled with." Bringing one of his gloved hands to his face, he would push up on his glassed before running a hand through his lime green hair. "Before you say anything else, hear me out." Kazama would take a deep breath before glancing about. "Yes, I am an shinobi from a village. No, I am not here to kill you, or take over anything. I am not from the UHV. Before you freak out, rest assured, I am not the only one that is probably a shinobi of a village. Your man over here is probably one as well. But listen up! I am here to help this village on my own accord. I was not sent here, I was not hired, I came here to protect this village from the UHV. I know what it is like to be stepped on by someone more powerful than yourself, I know what people in their power can do. Now you can either listen to me, and work with me, or the UHV can come through, and kill you all. What will it be?" Holy s**t. What did he just do? Kazama was probably the most idiotic Anbu agent there was out there; however, he was not just going to sit around while people's lives were in danger just because people with money thought they owned them. 」™

the bandana Kurokasa looked to Ares with a surprised look as if he had been betrayed. He then looked to his friend, and told him to put the sword away.
"Your right. Then i suppose we shall hire more shinobi then, and up the bet a little then. The Big 4 nations cant allow the UHV to establish an even better hold in this area, we all know where this is going to lead. The UHV is looking to control and dominate everything the light touches, so it would be in the best interestes of the great 4 shinobi villages to not play this appeasement crap. Prehaps your village would be willing to cough up some ninja then? If not, their are three others we can go hire! WE have the assets, WE have the control, WE have the resources to not only defend the city but HOLD the city. THEY do not." Rubbing his temples, the bandana man looked to the Shinjiro man again. "Look, all we are asking is for your loyalty and allegiance. We can even buy you guys out if its money you are after...." ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The older Shinjiro looked to his own guard and spoke as well. He felt like he wasnt here doing what they had paid them to do.
"We HAVE the potential to hold off the UHV. Even if we team up with them to hold the city, they will jsut end up back stabbing us for the spoils of war! It is a chance we cannot take. If they yield, we have something we can finally work with!"
The shinjiro man then heard the bandana Kurokasa man and laughed, speaking through a toothy sneer.
"YOU DO now? Ha! Thats news to me! How do you expect to do it all when we supply weapons to the UHV! HUH! Say they take the city! We team up with them, wipe your sorry asses out, then be granted control of the city! Make money, take control of the city, and run out the competition all at the same time.....Sounds like a plan to me!"
「 A sigh of annoyance would escape past the male's lips, his eyes changing from their standard serious glare, to a more heart stopping, gut wrenching ominous gaze. "He is right, It's united we stand or divided we fall, and look at the other hidden villages. Organizations like both of yours do not exist in the other hidden villages, they were wiped out long ago, you ally with the UHV, and they will kill you as soon as they have control."
Ares cracked his knuckles.
"Be smart about this and supply eachother equally with goods and services, and hold your homes to fight tomorrow. Money and the past are gone, It's about survival now"

The Bandana man ripped his bandana off, revealing several scars on his head from past battles. It seems this was not just a meeting after all.
"What the ******** is this? Cue de ta by shinobi? You dont know what they are like! WE HAVE TRIED THIS BEFORE! We had a signed ******** agreement by them, and i lost 50 of my men in a ******** ambush by them. No, it is not about survival now. We team up with them, we will be dead by the time the ******** UHV decides it finally wants our ******** land! I bet...I bet these ******** are already paid off! The shinjiro side certainly got tense as the protection suddenly became an assailant. The first shinjiro the one hardened his eyes with a death glare, but continued his sneer as he revealed a certain surprise of his own.
"Maybe its hell then, but lets see you come with me! You take me, we go together...." a small tapping on the inside of Kazama's leg would reveal the fact the Shinjiro man also had a knife, and the tip of it was tapping not just the femeral artery....but also...the...um...gonads..."You kill me, you be less of a man, and then have the full furry of the Shinjiro family on your a**. No place will be safe for you, no matter who you know or who you are affiliated with...."
The other shinjiro man simple undid his suit cote, revealing a vest made of at least 60 explosive tags....high explosive tags!
"Your fast, shinobi, but not that fast. Lets not blow this out of proportion. We all want an agreement here....we want the Kurokasa Mafia to submit to our will, fund our weapons so we can arm the city agaisnt a possible UHV invasion.... "

Finally, the first clone that still had the older man, who should only just now notice that there was any movement at all from the blood which would be spraying everywhere, would be flying through the air as the clone wrapped his arms around him and leaped, chakra in it's legs to add height and speed to the jump in an attempt to get him away from the others. Should this fail however, Kazama was already channeling his chakra before placing his hand to his lips before releasing a massive eruption of wind, which should not only push them further away, but if the blast were to go off, it would negate most of it and keep it mainly away. 」™

Ares sighed, "oh for the love of the gods," and his long trained reflexes from Kiss of Flesh and Steel kicked in. while he already had the Mafioso men moving back, when the explosive tags came out it became official
"If we want to talk we can yell boys move."
Ares would physically turn and scoop the mafia men up, then use art of joint control to speed them away. That many explosive tags was not a child's toy.
The real James would see the tags through the scope and move, intersecting the path of his clone and throwing over a protective Ice Dome reinforced with extra chakra.

The Kurokasa men would be quickly scooped up by James, still yelling as they got evaced from the situation. It seemed once again, these two factions came to an explosive stale mate. <********, it seemed Kazama took these shinjiro men for chumps, in which they were clearly not. There was a reason they where alive, able to run the city, and combat the Kurokasa on an almost daily basis: they may not have been ninja, but they were still well trained. As the kunai attempted to be moved and dragged down the mans body, he too would burst into action. His training in the King of the Iron Fist would make his movements explosive, which would add even more power to the over all idea of his offensive defense. The inside elbow would rise, and the kunai would hear a metalic thunk as it would strike armor that was hidden underneath his suit. The position would keep the blade still long enough for the outside hand to come up and wrap around the head and weapon arm of Kazama, allowing the armored shinjiro to drop to the ground explosively to form his attack. Pulling on the head and thrusting up with his own shoulder, the Shinjiro man would perform a powerful and lethal Theseus Cut from Olympia. With a smile, he thought it was done.
It wasnt until the substitution technique, magically, had occured and the clone then proofed away in a plume of white smoke. Out of the frying pan and into the fire it seemed, as the armored shinjiro man's expandable armor finally finished forming, giving him a protective suit of armor.
"You ******** goofed now. No place is safe for your a**!"
Spoken a little too soon, his idiot friend apperenlty believed in his mission way too much, twitched and hit the trigger, or figured their was nothing left to live for as the explosive tags triggered. The clone carrying him away, sacrificing himself, would certainly lessen the damage, but it was not going to be enough (math to come in spoiler.) The armored shinjiro man noticed this, and used Shikuchi from Reshuuken to quickly get moving. He may have been fast but not fast enough. The explosion would rock the area in a brilliantly white fireball and a horrific sonic boom. This would send the armored man hurtling through the air, crashing and rolling on the ground a few more meters before comming to a rest. He would be slow to get up, thankful his armor and movement had saved him. Had the ninja been lucky too? The area was now dusty due to the explosion, and any and all cover, which was scarce to begin with was now destroyed, removed, or made useless.

James and his clone felt the explosion and shrapnel wave pass over the ice dome, there teeth gritted as the damage outside roared.
"Are either of you hurt?" Wolfe would ask the two Mafia men. "I'm a highly skilled medic."
When the blast had passed James would drop the dome and observe the damage, looking for signs of life.
「 As the clone would explode, Kazama would know he had almost no chance in hell to avoid what was about to come. Pulsing his chakra through his weapon once more, the man would vanish from the ground. However, he didn't get far enough fast enough. The shockwave of the blast would hid the male and send him flying down the river, a blur of white skipping off the water top before it flipped into the and came down, landing on the water in a crouched position. Kazama was breathing heavily, his body just took a beating like no other and it was aching. "Well then.. huff.. huff.. Maybe I shouldn't have thought.. huff.. huff.. so little of them.." His eyes would warily try and scan through the thick haze of dust, smoke, pure destruction to see if anything else had made it. Taking deep breaths, the lime green haired male would try and calm his breathing, trying to regain controlled and steady breaths. Wrapping an arm around his abdomen, he would make his way over to the river bank across from what just took place and would continue to observe the area. Forming a seal for the first time in forever, a clone would step from his body and rush over to the debris filled area and search for survivors, anything. It would be now that Kazama would finally realize the blood seeping through his vest and beginning to coat his arm slowly. He must of got clipped by something sharp. Maybe it was his kunai the clone had? 」™
