Christof had been avoiding many classes. There had been... a lot to sort out in his life, but a call to the junkyard was too much to pass up. It was a different one than the one he and Jericho had raided, and without the threat of angry men with guns and barking, biting dogs, it was like a dream come true. The assignment carefully considered, the hunchback gleefully made his way through the parts. Cord, a doom buggy mirror he pocketed to bring to Barth later as an upgrade for his friend-master's vehicle, a useless lamp... he considered his options. If he were to fight, what would he prefer? Not a stabby thing, that wasn't his style. There was a pile of old ceramics he cocked his head at, considering carefully. With a grunt, he smashed a large plate, and using a rock and one of the hard, twisted thorny protrusions from his massive, monster arm, evolved to cut through dirt and rock, he ground at the broken edge for some time as other students announced their creations to the professor-janitor. Finally, he lurched his way to Moira, looking slightly shy as he loomed over her before lifting the two handle-less, sharpened ceramic blades with a proud grunt. He sliced at the air and stabbed into a spare tire to illustrate his- and their- points. They were fragile, he couldn't CHOP, necessarily, but he could certainly stab and slash. He beamed proudly. 1, 4, 9, 10, 7 Wire, Pot, Mirror, Old Dish, Lamp

Kanth Text from Molan: There is a class at the junkyard. Since you've apparently been to none I expect you to come. It's tonight, so I expect to see you there. He'd told his brother he'd make sure he didn't miss the next class, so... well the text had been sent when he saw the flier. In a hopes it would do some good. Who knew how much it would actually accomplish.
As for Molan himself, he slowly made his way out, not entirely sure how... useful the class would be. And as the basics were explained he was quickly deciding it wouldn't be so useful. Or perhaps quite the opposite. He was going to be digging through a junkpile? Wonderful. He stared at the piles of endlessly mess as he idly stood there briefly before sighing and making his way over toward the mess. Ew. This was not going to be one of the more orderly classes he'd been to. A low sigh and he slunk over to the mess before idly picking at it. The first 'usable' item he located was what appeared to be an old suitcase.
Kind of difficult, but seeing as the handle was stuck up he could technically have swung it as a weapon. He wasn't too thrilled with the concept though, so... after putting the grungy thing aside he begin plucking slowly at the mess again. And found a mop. But not just that. No TWO mops. One was an even more glorious shade of muddy gray. Because grayish black just wasn't good enough. "This is rather disgusting..." He mumbled to himself before digging some more.
Next was a mirror. A... little sort of oval or round one. Looked like it had come off a scare mobile of some sort. Either way, it didn't seem like a weapon he could make much use of either. So back to the digging.
His final treasure, as Olivia might have put it, was a dish from a kitchen. Great. fabulous. These were just the best things to... fight with ever. Certainly he couldn't have asked for much more. His face was a grimace as he resisted the urge to gag a bit as he lightly pushed it away. While it seemed like it might be able to hurt someone, he didn't want to touch it anymore. He let it fall from his hands and figured he'd stick to one of the mops. If nothing else he might be able to knock someone out if he swung it hard enough, and the reach was better with the length.
Also the end might be diseased at this point. Who knew.
So with that in mind he was going to start back toward where the teacher was, but paused a few steps in as he recognized a certain blue haired ghoul. She was seemingly everywhere. And she had... a giant tire that...
No. He just wasn't going to think about it. Just... go say hi, and ignore the filth. Ew. "You... seem to be enjoying yourself." She did seem rather pleased with the entire thing, even if he wanted to shudder at the thought of touching some of this stuff. At least he seemed done for now. He could explain to the teacher in a few minutes.Chirigami Molan says hi... and probably not to touch that it might be diseased. Molan Found 6 - You find a rolling suitcase. The tire seemed so nice that Olivia found herself another one right next to her first one. She didn't get herself in it, in fact the wight climbed herself out of her current occupied tire. A matching set (not really, they had their differences).
Olivia turned at the familiar voice and much more familiar jingle of bells oh so near to her. "Molan!" She smiled, obviously in a jubilant mood from this class. She wouldn't imagine her foxy friend to be here, not with how clean and pristine he held himself, surprises at every turn, but she was so glad to see him. "Aren't all these things amazing?" Clearly from the ghoul who was so pleased to take a shoe from the Scarefari.

Moving along the stuff, Andrew spotted several students he knew playing with tires. He didn't go bother them yet though set on his hunt for things, nudging a box aside, he found a coil of electrical wire. That looked interesting, and useful. After picking it up, he continued to roam about the pile. Quote: 1 - You find a coil of electrical wire with a plug on one end. The other end is frayed.

...why was she looking at another tire? Why did she need two, icky, grungy, need a gallon of disinfectant tires? Why?
Complete and utter disgust. Just ew. You could probably see his secret wish that he'd worn gloves. Or something. He didn't even really want to keep holding his mop, and it was the cleaner of the two. "Good evening, Olivia." He stated politely with an awkward smile. And then recoiled a bit as she seemed to be basking in the filth far more than he was prepared to handle. "I... no. They're absolutely filthy, and I feel as if I'd need a bath in molten lava to clean off the muck when this is done." Which just went to show how bad it was. She was right, this was no place the the fox, but he'd... signed up.
So it was too late. Though...
A quick wipe of his hand on the lower section of his already a bit ruined robes(in his opinion) he dug out his eyephone to send one more quick text. A bit of a warning... sort of.
Kanth Text from Molan: Don't be too late, and bring gloves.
It was close enough. "Really... what a dump."

Honestly? Roch hadn't been in a class for weeks--had it been a month yet? Probably, he thought as he headed into the junkyard, pulling on his half gloves. In fact he would have skipped this one, too, had it been any other teacher and any other location. As it was, well, he was planning on marking spots in the future for tools and parts. He loved junkyards. He grinned and waved at Moira as he saw the janitor, then hopped into the digging. Mop... mop... lampstand... grease--he pulled open the tin, seeing if it was worth anything. It had dried out, he thought with a pout before tossing the tin over his shoulder like the rest of his finds. Then he stopped, finding the frayed electrical wire. It was decent length, had the plug (which didn't matter in a fight, if you asked him) and was sturdy. But if it wasn't in a fight, he thought as he examined the frayed end, it could be useful as well. A wire clipper, a female end, he'd have a decent extension cord. The punk sat there, thinking about it for a moment--because there was no end of uses for a wire, okay 3nodding Then he waved Moira over. "Yo! I got some ways t'use a cord in a fight!" he said cheerfully. "Most obvious? Choking someone t'death--but the problem is gettin' behind the guy. This works best under two circumstances--one, y'gotta buddy pulling distraction so y'can catch him off guard, second, you're good in the dark an' they ain't. I'd say y'could shadowstep behind them, but we're doin' this without our natural abilities, right?" he said, twisting the wire in a hoop in demonstration. "Second--trip wire. This comes with a bit o'fancy footwork, too--an' works best if the jacker's tall. You take a runnin' slide between the legs, hook the wire round his leg and pull. That works best if they only got two legs, by the way. This can work from both directions--but it works better if you're goin' in from the front an' go fast," he told her. "Or! If y'got the surprise on the opponent, y'can rig it up across the path. But this one is tricksy and harder to plan. "Third y'can use it as a bind. Y'wrap them up in this an' they'll have a bit of trouble fightin' back. That one might take a bit more time, of course, an' practice. Because it ain't likely the guy will be standin' still. An' if y'don't keep both ends, he'll just shrug it off unless y'hook it somehow. "Fourth... well, it's just possible t'find a convenient outlet, plug it in, an' shock the jacker. It'd work even better if y'had some water on the ground, a good standin' puddle. But the problem with that is stayin' out of the water yourself. It works best in a trap situation, I'd say. An' only against those that ain't electric t'begin with. Y'light up a lightnin' demon or somethin, y'might be makin' him stronger." Yes, he deserved a pat on the head, the teachers pet OTL. (Roch you kiss up.)

Filth? Well, as Olivia looked around she did have to agree that it was the tidiest of places, even her black hands were a little grimy from handling the tires she had found. But, odd treasures could often be found within the unlikeliest of places. And hey, she liked these things. The ghoul's smile didn't falter when with his awkward one to her, though she blinked a moment at his statement.
"I don't... think that would be a very nice bath," it was hard to tell if she was serious or joining in with a response in jest. Olivia spared a glance to where she had last seen Andrew, honestly ready to suggest to Molan that they discuss the option when something shiny caught her eyes. She turned without a word and reach into a pile of miscellaneous items to pull out what looked like a mirror on a hinge.
"Oh, this is nice."

Yes. Filth. Disgusting, revolting... ew did he just step in something. A shiver ran up his spine at the thought and the fox demon chose to shift a few paces away form the location. Not. Looking. At all. He watched as the ghoul continued to sift, if you could call it that. It seemed more like she was enjoying her treasure trove of wonders and...
One day he might have to take her shopping to show her things actually worth keeping. That was the solution. See if it did any good. Or perhaps he'd just regret the entire outing. One or the other. "But it might be required to smell normal again after all of this..." He was literally going to have to bleach the ever jacking hell out of his clothes at the end of this. Still it seemed Olivia had a new thing that was pulling her interest. And how regrettable that it was... another piece of junk. "...is that the one I saw earlier?" He'd left it behind. And hadn't paid close attention beyond flinging it away. "Either way don't cut yourself on the glass." He added, not entirely eager to touch anything.
Olivia could have her fun. He had a mop. That... that was enough.

It was too bad Andrew didn't hear Molan's comment about needing a lava bath, he would have offered the demon one to use, or at least a trip to the hot springs. Instead Andrew found a massive old dish and grinned. He tugged it out of the pile of things he found it in and slid down the pile standing in it. Why? Because it was fun. Why not? Having decided that this was his thing, he tossed the cord away and carried the dish over to Maria. "I found something. This is clearly a good shield, perfect for fending off water and ice attacks. You can also whack creeple with it, it's big enough. If I got creative I could heat it up and have a large surface area to burn with. Not many want to touch something that is really hot." he lit up a hand and touched the dish heating the metal up. "That would make it a better shield against certain things like hand to hand combat and ice things." "And if I were dealing with snow or ice or even mud, this would make a good sled. It also works on most hills for a quick escape. And finally, if I got hungry I could used it to cook something in, just scorch it really good and it's mostly clean." His little presentation done and rolled the dish off and sat down in it, heating the plate up to make himself a nice hot nest while he waited. Oh Molan, so thoughtful for looking over her well being. Not like a glass cut would hurt, though it wasn't like the ghoul would want any more wounds on her body. There were still some remnants of the shadow creature attacks. Olivia gave the mirror a small look over, "is it?"
Her head turned at the sight of something similar in the debris. Seemed to have the same basic function even though the design was its own unique shape from the one already in her hand. "Or was it this one?" She asked the fox, holding it up. Wow, she was really good at finding similar objects.

...Molan had no words as she picked up the near perfect match of the two. Was this entire junkyard made of a few types of trash? Were people selectively dumping in this place? ...he wasn't entirely sure about how he felt about all of this. Probably about the same as when he stepped in... something.
Ew.
"Olivia you have a penchant for finding the remains of automobiles." He stated simply, lifting a brow at that point as he skirted around near where the other objects were to a more stable section of trash. Because it might be safer there.
And then a terrible thought occurred. "Olivia, you don't intend to take any of this back with you, right?"

A funny notion really, given the only ones she'd even been in were all school regulated trips and all. But perhaps she did, or maybe they really liked her enough to try to grab her attention. Olivia glanced about a little more, seeing if there were any other options that could work with that Miss Moira was requesting of them.
"Mmm," she hummed at Molan's inquiry as she went to digging not too far from him, still holding onto the rear view mirrors. "I would like to, if Miss Moira would allow it," because it wasn't like she would steal anything. Only offered items would be kept, "she mentioned only finding one item that could be used as a weapon and stuff." And she probably had no idea how to get a tire back to her room, even if it was kind of fun.
Her small hand gripped onto something under a pile of random objects, she held onto it and pulled it out. The item in question looked simply like dirt but on closer inspection she realized it had a sort of sheen to it, like it simply just wasn't. It was a little squishy but also a little chaulky, breaking up into bits in her hands alone. Grease? Maybe? Felt a little like it. (It was a good thing Andrew hadn't rubbed off on her too much yet, or the item in her hand would have probably been held out to the clean loving boil. No, she was nicer than that, thank you).
Seemed like something Andrew probably could have used a little better than her unless she simply threw it. But with someone with her abilities, it seemed rather useless. So, Olivia placed it down and dusted off her upon the folds of her skirt. She stood back up, looking between the tires from earlier and the mirrors on her hands.
"Hmm...."

"Oooh!" Moira beamed as Uru demonstrated the use of his chosen item - not just one, but several. "Very good!! You thought a lot about it, I see~ which one do you like the best, spookie?"The headcrab zombie watched Andrew's presentation with interest, though she backed up a few quick paces when he heated up the dish. "Ah... yes, spookie, that is a good way to use it... especially if you're fighting undead..." Hint, hint. Flame off around the undead. Please. "But! Good thinking with escape plans too! Sometimes running away is best," she added, quickly.Moira brightened again as Roch demonstrated his ideas. "Good, good! Finding electric might be hard, but maybe team up with an electric demon, or something - there's gotta be one around somewhere, spookie!"

Uru thought for a moment, staring at the wire coiled around his arm like a snake strangling it's prey. Uru was a fighter, skilled in hand to hand combat; fists, feets, fangs, and all. Above all, he was a survivor. He would do what was necessary to survive. So he took a moment to think about it, his eyes stern and deep in concentration. The use of a tripwire was an idea, but it required another item to be efficient such as a bell or something nearby for an immediate response to the wire being tripped. The defensive properties is something that was going to innately come with it. So he figured the best would be; "A whip." he started, baring the item on his arm. "It gives me range and meshes well with my preference of fighting. Plus, it has the added bonus of being defensive. The other uses are utility and situational."

Moira clapped Uru on the back with surprising strength, given her hunched and wiry frame. "Well said, well said! In a pinch, go for what seems right to you - and if you get a chance to think, spookie, then you pull out the other stuff!"
