Personality (required In general): She's an old soul who's learned how to balance her emotions through many hard trials. She's quick to come to the aid of those who are weaker than herself. She's humble and more than willing to help out with even the most simple of tasks.
Plot ideas (required):
Becoming a mentor. If, one day, I manage to obtain both my druids Althea will become a mentor to the more feral and aggressive Oaken.
Protector of the forest. Althea may settle down in and watch over a forested area, or she may travel 'healing' the land and helping the locals wherever she's needed.
The Emerald Dream. A reoccurring dream featuring a world very different from, yet still similar to her own. Perhaps a figure here speaks to or appears to her in a way which she later interprets as guidance.
Defeating the dragon. During one of her regular trips Althea stumbles upon a particularly difficult foe. Her first flying Skinwalker maybe? An event like that would give her a challenge she wouldn't soon forget.

I want a mohawk on front side but some how pull it together so that its long on the otherside...if knee length is possible...longer? EVEN BETTER. The more feathers and trinkets the better.

Mane: Medium length, something like this Wavy but not too curly some very small braids, only one or two, mostly hidden by the rest of the mane.

Body: Teal and blue upper body, Rusty belly!
Face: Teal, with the nose area being black and fading into the kingfisher design with the rust and whites.
Mane: Regular Hippo-mane. With the teal/blue/white/grey speckling that the kingfisher has on the top of it’s head.
Tail: Using just the top part of the peacock or hawk tail (cc choice on what looks better) Basically a cropped feather tail. In the bright teal/ iridescent blue
Hooves/Fetlocks: For the front legs: The bright red of it’s legs. Maybe some scaling with a slightly darker color or golden color.

The back legs going with the body coloring.
