[EXAM] Welcome to the Scare Floor (Marosa and AJ)

The faerie hadn't been expecting being pulled into the air, and quickly slid his hands up to press his kilt against his legs, preventing it from hanging down and showing off any unnecessary parts. Marosa did, however, glower at Selene with a disapproving stare of his own as she shook him, making his curly hair bounce. Had she no modesty? It was a good thing he'd left his trinkets in his room.

"Aye. Noted." He huffed as he was set down, brushing his kilt off. He gave her another glance, eyes narrowed distastefully. He didn't remember not being able to touch the child, though he did remember being far too nervous about the exam in the first place.

Marosa didn't see what Selene had seen, so he merely stared at AJ with a blank expression, curious as to what the boil did that he didn't do.

AJ was proud of himself, at least he finished his task nicely and got to punish that awful kid, so his mood was rather good. He came out of the door just in time to witness something great.

The boil rubbed his eyes to make sure he was out of the room or at least not getting into another wrong room. But it was still there. A faerie wearing a kilt was being hanged upside down.

Nononononoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo. What do you think you are doing, Miss Selene? He didn't want to see if the faerie boil wears anything underneath or what he was wearing underneath. It's just........

AJ looked left and right, preventing to stare at Marosa. However, there was like a tornado inside his mind. He didn't expect this as a welcome back. No. Put him down, Miss Selene, now. He yelled in his heart but hardly can say a word.

The boil admitted that he left out a small sigh as the Professor finally decided not to further play with the faerie boil. Jacking! Thanks Professor! Thanks a lot! He didn't need a show like that in his life though he can't deny that it's rather funny to watch.

However, obviously his suffering didn't end here. The expression from the snake lady worried him, a lot, after seeing what she did to Marosa. No, Miss, don't ever think of doing something like that to me. The serpent-dragon boil felt scared the first time since he joined Amityville. He wasn't your subject for scaring, Professor. AJ made a step backward slightly as Selene moved forward.

"Hehe, thank you for the compli- er..." The compliment followed made him give a bright smile before something went wrong. No. Please not crying, Miss Selene. AJ wanted to sweat, he didn't know how to deal with a teacher that suddenly cried in front of him, neither his sister nor Shishou would do that. Maybe Maple do, but he can't treat Selene the same way like that little witch.

He needed help, so he looked at the faerie boil who seemed to have know the snake lady more. "What's wrong, Marosa? What should we do now?" He gestured to the sobbing lady, the serpent-dragon boil until now noticed that Marosa was looking at him all the time. Dense. Too dense, AJ.

AJ felt he had enough today. Really.

At some point, it was unclear when, Selene had registered what she'd seen. It had taken a while to sink in; perhaps her mind was simply protecting her from the trauma that she herself had caused. But eventually, it got to her. She stopped smiling, stopped praising AJ, stopped... everything. In fact, she froze solid, unable to move out of sheer shock and embarrassment. The only change was the slow but steady redness that took over her skin color, until she was all but a red snake.

"C..c... class dis.. missed.." This wasn't a class, and they hadn't finished their exam, but Selene's mind was now broken, and this would work in the boil's favor.

Because after several hours of crying, Selene would send in their reports, passing them both with flying colors.

And she would never speak of this incident again.
