The very first thing that Aymet and Tybalt would notice once they were in the main cavern away from the clan was that their glow returned. Like a switch being flicked on, Remi dropped the illusion and the cavern lit up once more. "Who needs to summon kitsune bi with you two around, really." He laughed looking at them, shrugging his shoulders.
Up ahead there was a door as his mom explained, after twisting and turning through the hallways.
It grew even more cold and damp the further they went, and once through that door it just continued.
Though oddly, as if they passed through some sort of invisible wall, the area started to shift around them. It was blurry at first, a little disorienting. After what felt like forever (ok maybe a few seconds) it settled down once more. But it looked different. The area also had a familiar feeling to it, as if there was something sort of similar to the shifting, magical, area.
They were surrounded by walls that looked almost like cinderblocks. Only they had a odd golden like color, and seemed to shimmer in the light. The walls were lit with flamed torches, hanging and easily grab-able.
Only they would soon find, as they took a step forward, a stone on the floor would sink with a audible 'click'.

THE OBJECT OF THE GAME is to...make it to the end. This is basically a looong corridor ala indiana jones style. There are traps, status effects, and essentially some nasty s**t lmao. How:Roll 1d10 and match the status effects to the below. in 5 rolls they have made it to the other side of the hallway. This round will go on until tomorrow nightish if mostly everyone posts <3 1: You stepped on something and suddenly arrows are shooting out of the walls! They mostly shoot by you, but a few do graze you. -10 hp 2: You get a little too close to the wall.. and as if it can sense you, it sends out a spray of gas. You dont feel different... but if you look down, you would suddenly realize you turned into a girl 8| This effect only lasts until your final roll. 3: Rocks decide its the perfect time to try and bury you. -10 HP 4: You did something that opened a pit filled with water suddenly open in front of you. There is clearly something staring up at you from those depths, asking you to fall in... you need to find a way to cross. -- Add one roll to your count to get to the end. So if you only needed 5 rolls, you now need 6! 5: Something sprays your eyes out of no where. When you look at your comrades you now see them as if they were dressed in bunny suits. This lasts for 2 IC seconds 6: Something stings you... but you suddenly feel better? +10 HP (if at max HP you just...keep your max HP) 7: Scorpions decide it is time to swarm you and sting at your ankles. They are poisonous, they make you feel delirious and really really warm. - 10 HP 8: Oh look theres something shiny on the ground. Even if you try and avoid it, it decides it wants to get in your way anyways and trip you. :< Jokes on you. No status effects or HP loss, just maybe a little of your dignity... 9: Being as this area IS under the kitsune lands... after feeling something tingle across your skin, you suddenly feel yourself having Fuzzy Ears and a tail. A few tails... like 5 tails... If you already have fuzzy ears/tails, you just grow more tails 8| ALL THE TAILS if you roll this more than once you just grow more goddamn tails. This lasts until your last roll. 10: A giant ax comes down RIGHT in front of you. Besides scaring the unholy crap out of you, nothing else happens.

When Remi literally turned their natural glow off, Tybalt was only able to gawk. However, before he could form even a single word, Remi explained to them that it was merely an illusion and why that illusion was necessary.
"That's racist." He teased. Shoving his hands into his pockets. Last he checked, many of the students in the school had some form of natural glow. But this was Remi's clan's territory, who was he to argue against their traditional values?
Tybalt was about to say something further when Remi's bark interrupted. Which, shortly after was answered with not one, but two voices. One of which had the black dog's hair bristling with outrage.
"KITTENS?" He sputtered, shooting a questioning glare at Remi. Surely they were not associating him with those abominations, where they? However before he could say anything more, in outrage, another kitsune appeared. This one smaller in stature, but sharing close similarities to the kitsune he was most familiar with.
"Is that your--" Apparently happy reunions were also not on the list. In fact, this was the same attitude he would expect from his sister. The only difference was, while Nolita was fiery and boisterous, Remi's mom was cold and quiet in a way that was very intimidating. Which Tybalt found harder to deal with.
"Way to go Remi," Tybalt grinned, nudging the taller boil with his elbow. "you missed your trial--thingy. Its all those years adding up. You're getting senile." The last part was a low whisper, low enough that only Remi, as well as Thack, and Aymet, who were also close by, would hear it.
Once she was finished explaining and they were alone. Tybalt stuck his nose in the air. Which was only notable, now that his glow was back.
"For the record," He started, taking a step forward. "I do not need to pee, and I have GREAT night visi---"
WHOOSH
The black dog's sentence was cut short by the sudden appearance of a giant axe. A giant axe that had just about cleaved him in two, if he had only been a foot ahead.
"OHMYJACKINGWHATTHEYHELLREMITHISPLACEISBOOBYTRAPPED!"

Tybalt kept walking along the path. However, when he heard Remi's whines of pain, he stopped, placing his hands against the wall to keep himself from tripping over, or walking into another trap. Because lets face it, he had good night vision, but clearly he didn't see well enough to avoid certain traps. Including this next one.
"Are you--" He was about to ask Remi if he was okay when a spray of gas caught him in the face and he began choking uncontrollably. Fortunately, coughing fit aside, it wasn't fatal and the cloud dissipated in a matter of no time. However... the moment he took another step he noticed something was---different. In fact, further inspection revealed something was gone and two somethings were given to him instead.
"What the hell, I'm a chick!?" He squeaked in an unfamiliar feminine voice.
HP: 50/50 FEMALE

At Remi's suggestion to move, Thackery kept quiet and stayed close to the others, ears trained behind them in case something decided to sneak up on them. Thankfully, the rest of the trip to their destination was uneventful - until the very end, when the illusion was placed on Aymet and Tybalt. His eyes widened with interest as he looked them up and down. What a cool use of illusions! All this time he'd done stuff like....make puppies, or more puppies...
He was startled out of his thoughts on illusions by a voice, his eyes searching frantically to place it. They settled on someone, a ghoul, who was busying herself with quips and clever remarks. His ears drooped as she was joined by a second kitsune, though his eyes were still wide in amazement, giving him the appearance of a very strange juxtaposition of emotions. That appearance only got more odd as he caught that he'd been called a kitten. The other kitsune laughed, but...probably just a mistake, right?
"I'm a Cerberus," he corrected, voice too soft to even be audible to the pair above them. It was pretty clear they hadn't heard him, but he didn't raise his voice to ensure that they did, opting to anxiously follow their leader into the caves instead. Once inside, they were met by another comment of his absence; he glanced at Remi and waited for his response, but didn't hear one he might have expected.
His fur bristled.
He was meeting his parents?! Okay, parent, but...oh Jack, Jack, he wasn't dressed for this, and hadn't prepared a speech, or anything a Cerberus should do in this situation!
A little stifled squeak came out of his mouth as he tried to say something to her. Another one came when he made an attempt to respond to her plan. The only thing he managed to do (or continue doing, really) was stare owlishly and follow Remi's lead.
At least none of her explanation covered anything that sounded particularly dangerous, he bargained with himself.
Of course, he immediately discovered information to the contrary, as he and Tybalt were both met with a large axe crashing down in their path. He whimpered and took a step back, giving Remi a look of 'but you saiiiid', gently tapping the axe with his toe before he deemed it safe to hop over. In the time between determining their safety and looking back up at the adventuring party again, Tybalt had...changed genders? And Remi was...well, he didn't know. He narrowed his eyes in suspicion, just in time to catch Remi's comment and the slap of retaliation.
He felt another very quick pang of worry and loudly whimpered, miserably clutching his shirt over his stomach.
"Ughh, no hittiiing," he whined, giving them a pleading look.

As he continued to follow the others, Thackery dropped his defenses long enough to get a look around and take in the smells. Everything was unfamiliar, except for that faint scent of 'kitsune'. Still, nothing smelled like his kitsunes, so he wasn't sure he could call this familiar at all. His fingers brushed the cave wall as he continued moving, cheerfully wagging his tails as all appearances seemed safer.
Wait. Tails?
After realizing that wagging his tail didn't usually mean bumping into a bunch of other tails, he stopped to take a good look at himself, pulling one tail around to the side...then another, and another...
"Remi," he called, his smile and excitement evident in his voice. "Um, Remi, ohmyJack, the best thing just happened, and I...I..."
All tails were wagging again, which was causing them to get a little bit awkwardly tangled together.
"I'm a kitsune," he announced. It was debatable whether or not he'd ever looked this thrilled in all of his life, but when one of your really weird dreams came true, this kind of response was possibly somewhat inevitable.
