Jericho was freed, but only so he could be drop kicked right to the chest. The kick knocked him off his feet, sending him crashing down nearby. There, on the ground, he remained for awhile. With a sort of groan, he slowly pushed himself up.

"Okay... that's enough for now, I think."

Riley was actually surprised that Jericho was stopping this time. He looked like he'd gotten the fight taken out of him, but she was actually getting used to knocking men out cold, at this point. She rolled off and then moved to sit behind him, resting her head on his shoulder.

You mean I'm not going to have to carry you out this time? She mumbled - with a voice that sounded like it would have been said through a pout, if it could have.

"Getting knocked out too much can't be healthy," Jericho said while eyeing her. He wasn't sure if she'd try to knock him out anyway. Just for the hell of it.

But in the end, she laughed and wrapped an arm around his shoulder. Fair enough. She murmured, leading him out of the gym. It was still a good fight. Thank you for humoring me so much, Jericho. Her expression turned wry. You're the best friend a mindflayer could ever have.
