As far as Piper goes, I'd love to toss Morton at her first, so long you don't mind he's going to be initially aggressive towards her because he's hella-scared of reapers for some reason xD If they move past that (which they will - his previous crush and BFF was a reaper), they could do fun things! Also want Gabe to meet her because all the rps, man, all the rps. He has no species bias.
