Why did you join TM and how did you find out about it?

The first two months or three were the best because everyone was new and open to socializing, hehe.

i didn't know tumblr existed back then

It was still not as popular then but it was getting there. Hehe.

When TM first started I saw a billion ads about it, and I clicked one. I thought it was like club penguin or something, so I never signed up.

Then 1-2 years later my friend tells me about it and I thought, "Holy cow, I remember not signing up for this!" But this time I did. And I enjoyed it so much.

Now I kinda regret not joining earlier emotion_facepalm

awww! sounds like me for alot of games. heh xD

well i was tired of gaia and i saw this ad for tm

actually iv'e seen it dozens of times but i never clicked it before

so then i did

and bam i was addicted

i really miss tm

the items were better the avatars were cuter the people were friendlier

I also joined through an ad; I think I saw it on Gaia, but I don't remember exactly.

I always sign up for accounts to sites that I think I may like, in case I do end up liking them. xd If I don't, I can just abandon it. The only time I contemplate on signing up for a site I may be interested in, is if my username (badtzmaru) is already taken. Then I feel less inclined to sign up, lol. But thankfully, badtzmaru was available on TM and I'm glad I joined and was a part of the site for 2 years. emo heart

so joined but didn't really do anything....
then some friends from school were like: YOU WOULD LOVE IT
and started introducing me to Sevens....
and yeah sevens is my fave card game now :3

I saw one of my classmates playing it and the site I'm currently on always have drama and everyone is pretty much fake.

So i wanna go away from all that and went to TM.

Pretty sad that i have to resort to go back there when TM shuts down.

I found TM through DeviantArt (someone made really cute art of their selfy * v *). Since I gave up Gaia (it was difficult for me to make friends with the same interests), I decided to try my luck on TM.
Right away I got hooked LOL I really loved how easy it was to make friends and interact with other users.
The outfits was really cool as well. I was mostly hanging around art groups and Trade with Me.
I'm glad I joined when I did. (However I wish I didn't make the beginner mistakes. aka: recycling items so that I can get more chibi coins LOL)

I kept seeing the aid for TM on a lot of sites I went on and eventually I saw it on facebook and was like why not? And clicked on it. I had joined Gaia a few years before but could never really get into it, still having a hard time, and when I went on to TM and saw the Avatars I couldn't help but fall in love, it was so cute, and I really loved the style of clothes, and it was only a few months old at the time so I joined and it was so easy too keep up with since there wasn't so much to have to figure out. It was very straight forward and so much fun! The towns were more interactive too.
