Seiji stood and watched the ships as they approached, the water forming eddies and swirling in successive tones beneath the edge of the dock. When the first of the ships came into dock it tore through the thin layer of formed ice and he cast a sideways glance to the brother who jumped down from the deck of the ship and immediately began to give orders to him. When his sister came down from the deck, just ahead of the deckhands, Seiji turned his head to meet her, all smiles for his siblings.
"Myu, 'Keiko'. Glad to see you returned home. I see new acquisitions to the fleet. New business, full rebuild ordered on the shop. But before I pass on any further words to the Raikage, there has also been a strange goings on in town. I originally sought audience with Kinpaku earlier to seek retrieving my headband, but she was speaking with another shinobi. Judging by her accent and the way she'd carried herself, I'd assume a leaf shinobi. Then there's been a rather queer figure stalking around the village of late. She took a piece of equipment from the Academy, a record player as I recall, before disappearing whilst I followed her. That's why I've come to meet you here, instead of at the shop. I'd believe it best if you directly took this information to the Raikage, as I rate no merit to directly interrupt her, yet you, as one of her advisers do." He would then shake his head and turn to face the water, raising his hand into a seal, causing a fair streak of water along the dock out towards the sea to freeze, utilizing the Hyouton release.
"You two, grab your men and the carriages and let's get the cannons out to the ship. Myurai wants this ship armed, we'll get her armed. Standard policy on forty-two pounders are to keep them maintained on the lower decks, but since we're already running a weighted ship here, we'll be running them on our mid-decks. Take those twelves and put four of them mid-decks as well. Take two and rig them up as hard mount swivels. They'll be for taking down chasers or anything that gets in too close, for HVI's when they're available." He shouted out to the men, then turning to his brother and sister again.
