Lenore blushed, a little embarrassed. The man was drunk, and desperate. It didn't matter much to Lenore, as long as he was willing to be alone with her. She planned to drug him with the Rohypnol in her bag.
Lenore noticed Adam as soon as he stood up from his booth, approaching her like he didn't know her. She watched his face, a look of surprise as he politely asked her if she was okay. She couldn't even answer right away; she was a tad taken away and a little confused. Why was he here? When did he come in? Did he follow her? Unbeknownst to her, it was the latter. She looked down at the floor at her boots before lifting her head. "No, no he isn't. Thank you for your concern," she answered, looking at Adam with a face that looked like she had just lied. She looked at the other man, who was just as confused.
He surely wasn't the brutish type, but he was still a man. He stood a little closer to Lenore, moving his shoulder a little as he looked at Adam with a stern look. "Hey, buddy," he stated, frowning a little. "Nothing's going on around here, so you can leave."

Lenore did not know what to do. She had been the one to lure the man in and was prepared. She would feel a little hypocritical to ditch the man.In truth, she could've easily handled this man. She had superb strength, and excellent senses, but Adam nor any other human did not know that. However, here was Adam, who she had given up first. And to her, she felt he was special. She didn't know why, because she only knew his first name and nothing else, but there was something about him that was different with other people. She just knew that she wanted to drink Adam's blood madly. She couldn't help herself. There was always that chance that Lenore was doubting herself. Maybe she really could feed from him.
The man stiffened next to Adam, who failed to leave when he told him so. He frowned, before looking at Lenore. "Hey, let's get out of here," he offered, placing his hand on hers to pull her away from the young man. Lenore looked at Adam in his shining eyes with her dark ones. While her face looked a little expressionless, her eyes flashed. She didn't really want to leave Adam, and resisted the man a little. He failed to notice it, and pulled her along anyways.
"Umm," she murmured hesitantly, giving a look of demure as she pulled the man a little harder, stopping abruptly. The man was a bit surprised by how strong she was, and looked at her a little bewildered.

Lenore gave another sheepish smile. "Sorry, I know him," she murmured, nodding her head in Adam's direction. Hopefully she made the right choice, because her throat burned now. He pulled her still, pretending he didn't hear it. Her instincts told her not to let this man go, but something else conflicted, so much so that she did let the man go.
She slipped her hand out of his, letting the man fall back out of momentum. He easily fell to the floor, mainly because he was tipsy as well, and had a wild look about his face. Lenore shook her head, as if ******** you, woman," he cursed, pointing at her. She was a horrible woman for playing with him like that only to dump him when someone younger and handsome came in. Little did he know that this saved him from his blood being drunk. Lenore felt embarrassed by what happened; it wasn't her personality to play with men like that. And secondly, because she had lied to Adam before about having a boyfriend and having to leave.
This man, who worked twelve hour shifts all this week and had no luck with women, had snapped. He was tired of being played for a fool. He moved for Lenore, ready to hit her. The bartender turned around, leaning over the counter and started to shout at the man. But it was too late for him to do anything.

Lenore flinched, but saw everything clearly. Adam's reflexes were so fast, all she could do was stand there. She looked now at the man at her foot, who looked like he was unconscious. She looked to Adam, a little look of amazement. She couldn't comprehend much, only that Adam held out his hand, and that she should take it. Lenore placed her hand in his, and she stepped closer, away from the man on the floor. She knew she should be thinking more about how she was going to drink from Adam, but she was a little swept away. Nothing ever happened like this to her before, especially because she never was the type of person to be around men. She was like this since middle school, so the concept seemed foreign.
Lenore looked at Adam, a bit taken back but said something quietly for him to hear. "Sorry."

Lenore allowed herself to be led away, out of the bar and into the street. Her mind was else where, taken up by the mystery that was Adam. He was someone she knew nothing about. Sure, the meals she drank from were total strangers too, but Adam was a bit different. Lenore couldn't say how, or why, only that the meal this time seemed like more of a special occasion.
When asked of her name, she fumbled a little to remember it, pausing for a second before answering. "Lenore," she replied. She glanced about where he was taking her, now aware of her surroundings. "Where are we going?" She asked, a little quieter.

Lenore blushed as she was pulled a little. She noticed it was getting darker, away from the lights and noise of the night life here in the city. It didn't matter much to her, because she could still see. She looked at Adam, who gave a dashing smile. A taxi...Lenore didn't want that. She didn't want him to leave her yet, not without a goodbye feeding. Lenore stopped, shaking her head. "You didn't just pull me out of there just so you could say good bye so quickly, no?" She asked, looking at him with daring eyes. She thought Adam wanted to play, which would make things easier for her as a girl. "Or do you sincerely want to leave me, without having any intentions of anything else?" She asked, pushing his buttons a little. She preferably wanted to get a room, but she could easily do this in an alley. She anticipated Adam's soft neck, which made her flush a little as she thought about it.
