[Open Class] BEEN FIGHTING HONEY BADGERS [A/O]

It was probably the heat, because Andrew pretty must stomped on the mother badger. He gave her a good wack to the nose with a wing before she was even able to get too close.


"Huh? Are you alright?" Olivia looked like her clothes were a little torn up. Was she bleeding? Did she even have blood to bleed? He secretly hoped she didn't.

This momma badger had no chance. It was the middle of the desert and Andrew was feeling great. He just burned the poor thing with a small wave of fire. It was significantly easier than he thought.

Andrew thought that kicking it's butt would stop the badgers in their tracks, sadly it did not. Instead they just gained up on him.

He tried the only thing he could think of, intimidate them. Well rather he thought this would be the most effective. It certainly worked, a little, mildly as they clawed at him. Actually it was pretty hard to tell.

It was a good thing Andrew was year two, these things were tough. They scratched and bite like little monsters, which you know they might actually be. He took on across the arm but burned the little baby badger that was biting him. it let out a yelp but was back a second later growling.

The momma came from the other side taking a bite out of his other arm. This sucked. This sucked big time. He punched the thing in the jaw. ok he was still getting used to this whole fighting thing.

He tried to punch another one, fire culminating in his hands but he missed... terribly. They were giving as good as they got really. Stupid things.

Andrew threw about ten billion fireballs at the things in a fit of get off me. All of them missed. All of them! how did that even happen? On the other hand that cactus never had a chance.

ok let's try this again, attacking with fear was just not as effective in this moment. a small slice of fire extended off his fingers as he sent one of the badgers back. the other one went for his leg. Were they really going for every limb? where his wings next?

Ok he was defiantly getting tired. He landed a punch squarely on the nose of one of the badgers but fighting was still not his thing. just drop already. >.>

And then he missed again, or rather the badgers squirmed out of the way. He tried to get it. This sucked.

Andrew was lost under the swarm of badgers. They just were everywhere. It was getting harder to fight them off.

Andrew was going down but not without a fight. In a blaze of glory he got the badges withing an inch of their life. Too bad he just couldn't stay on his feet anymore. It was time give up. Maybe, another day stupid badgers.

Adventuring to the mountain had been out of her mind for some time - school staring, the carnival had all taken up her attention. But there had been one day when she had been wandering when she caught sight of the peaks not so far away - not the nice cold ones but the more warmer ones. That she hadn't exactly gotten through.

Olivia gave it a nice long look before she got it in her head to go back to it. For some odd reason. Even though it was a hot - or maybe because it was, because it was a trial of hot things. One of those steps to getting to be less afraid of fire, for Andrew. Yes. That seemed like a good reason.

She sent to the flame boil. Even though she was already well on her way up the mountain itself, as it got hotter and hotter. But she pressed on - not really waiting, how rude - through the deserty parts as sad got into her shoes. Still going even as her natural abilities protested.

The pass few weeks had been exhausting. His earlier attention to the mountain had faded, partially because of frustration form the last attempt, he has been soooo close and partially it was simply forgotten underneath a wave of booth running and then a second spontaneous booth run finally winding up with his loosing.

He was not moping. ok he was moping. In the bath, covered in lava. But the buzz of his phone had him curious enough to look at it.

And by Jack he was glad he did. He was sure the ghoul was already on the mountain. Crazy thing. She was still having notion that she could just tough it out.

No dying on the mountain.

At least not until he got there, which he did in fairly short order. After clothes of course. Flying was once again a blessing.

"Olivia?" he landed only to be immediately tackled by a honey badger. @.@
