Li Shou let out a loud screech as his hair ignited, taking a moment to stop, drop, and roll.

His scalp was suddenly much breezier than it had been.

The boil reached up to touch his head, only to discover his lovely white and raven hair was substantially shorter than it had been a few moments ago.

Oh...

OH HELL NO!

Li Shou screamed with rage as he lunged forward to throw another punch at her, uncaring of where it hit. This was no longer a matter of a grade. This was revenge.

Popo delighted in Li Shou's pain. She grinned so viciously it felt like her cheeks might rip apart.

Li Shou came at her with a vengeance, and she only barely got out of the way of it. The punch knocked her jaw, nearly making her bite her tongue. The fire imp aimed a kick at the boy's backside.

Li Shou managed to dodge the kick by the skin of his teeth, his multicolored eyes blazing with hatred. The boil's fists continued to fly at her, no longer hindered by uncertainty.

If only his father could see him now. Maybe he'd be able to go home.

Poppy winced with a whine. His hits were getting more frequent, and they stung. She could at least take comfort in his singed haircut. The demon hissed as she raked nails across his face in retaliation.

Li Shou doubled back when her nails dug into his skin, holding his face and wincing painfully.

But he didn't cry for once.

He might cry later, but at least he wasn't crying in the heat of the moment. Swiftly, as he held his bleeding cheek, the boil lifted his leg to kick Popo in the side.

Popo lost her balance, the kick to her side knocking her over. She growled as she felt herself become tired. Her shield was waning.

She spent too much time trying to get to her feet.

Oh no. None of that. Li Shou's foot came down on Popo, hoping to catch her before she got back up.

"Now whose the peasant?! You're the one groveling on the ground!" He shouted, his hand still clinging to his cheek.

"Never grovel!" She growled, infuriated he got her to this level. She pulled up his pant leg and bit down hard into his ankle.

"AH!" Li Shou yelled as her teeth sank into his leg, his instant response to shake her as roughly as he could to get her off. "I hate you!"

She held on. She would rather dissipate than let this roach hear her plead for mercy. She would never give up.

His kicking made her let go involuntarily, rolling away from him.

Li Shou limped to close the gap, using the other leg to kick her instead. "Give up!" He shouted, his hand finally dropping to reveal the scarlet scratches across his face.

"No!" She shrieked back, kicked down but refusing to ever give up to him. She would not give in or give up. She'd prove she was the ******** Princess of Amity.

Her hand burned bright red, a giant flame erupting and consuming her entirely. Popo stood, threw her arm back and then delivered a flaming punch to Li Shou's bloody face.

Li Shou practically flew back as a burning fist was delivered first class to his face. Momentarily, he remained on the ground. It almost looked like he didn't want to get back up.

But he did.

The boil pushed himself off the cold ground, a sort of rage in his eyes that even he was unfamiliar with. Maybe it was just the heat of the moment, or maybe it was some buried resentment for one or both of his parents rearing its ugly head.

Either way, it was there.

Tears ran down his cheeks as he screamed like a child not getting their way, and he charged at her with both fists at the ready.

Popo fell, her body curling up as she tried to protect her face from further punches. Her shield was gone, and the blows were leaving nasty cuts to her pretty lips.

"GO AWAY!" She wailed, refusing to attack any further.

Li Shou froze as she curled up in the fetal position, his fists losing the force behind them until they just dropped to his sides.

He didn't care much for this. The whole ordeal hadn't been remotely fun, because, whether he realized it or not, it was like he was beating up himself, only he was one of his sisters or.. Worse, his father. "I'm done. You lose." It was not spoken in triumph. Maybe he'd be proud of himself later, but not now.

Turning on his heel, the cat boil moved towards the exit of the gym.
