	He grinned at her. Her and her light punch. She was taking it easy on him....maybe she just wanted a closer match this time. Or at least a more even one. Though, he was glad they were easing into this one. He took another swing, an easy one, testing her defenses again. HP: 29/30 Target: Mayaa Damage: 1

	Defense was never her forte, so she took the punch, albeit it being a light one. Maybe Draven was going easy on her, or maybe he had gotten better. Yah, it seemed like he got better. Maybe... maybe he had been practicing! "You don't have to go easy on me, really, I can handle it!" ... and then punched him really hard. In the stomach. 	"I'm not, I'm just-- Oompf!" Draven doubled over in a slight bit of pain and surprise. He really wasn't sure which was more. The pain or the surprise. There was a fair bit of pain, though. She'd hit him hard, right in the soft part of his stomach. But it wasn't his face, and for that, he was a little grateful. "Point taken," he said, just a little breathlessly. No taking it easy, no. 	Mayaa let out a sheepish giggle, and nodded. Right, no taking it easy, which meant her too. He probably wouldn't like it if she held back on his account. "S-so! Um, have you been practicing?" 	"Ooh, really? Who did you spar with? Is it anyone I know?" Mayaa stared at him with bright wide eyes, bouncing about excitedly as she gave a counter to his attack. Even if he didn't think so, she thought he improved, if just a bit! "Oh! Um, I had a spar with Trisha! Though it kinda turned into a tackle tickle fight, heehee. 	"Oh, um. This ghoul named Jalala or something." Draven might have been scowling a little. "She's not very nice." As if to punctuate this, he dipped in low for a swing at Mayaa's ribs. 	"Oh, Jala!" Mayaa was positively beaming. "Mm, she's a little grouchy, but I think that's just 'cuz she seems so scary that it's hard for her to make friends. I hope you became friends though!" 	Draven just kind of stared at Mayaa. "Seems scary? ... I don't think she wants to be friends. She wants...servants." He was still pretty certain of that. She was intimidating, and that was how she liked it. Draven could accept that, as long as his time with her was limited. But of course Mayaa would be friends with her. Of course. Mayaa was probably friends with everyone. And she was used to that hatchling pushing her around.... Draven shook his head slightly. He doubted Jala was as mean to Mayaa as she was to him. It was probably okay. He shook his head more. Tickle fights... if that was how Mayaa practiced... maybe he should give it a try. "If you say so." And then he stepped in to tag a jab at Mayaa's shoulder. HP: 19/30 Target: Mayaa Damage: 4

	"Servants?" Mayaa tilted her head, giving Draven a quizzical look. "Servants could still be friends though!" She totally misunderstood him. At least he was right about the part of her wanting to befriend anyone and EVERYONE, no matter how grumpy or unfriendable they seemed. And it probably only seemed like the ghoul was less mean to her own because she couldn't tolerate the over-active harpy. If anything, it wasn't fun when said victim was all too eager to do every little thing you asked, even if you tried to make them sound as demeaning as possible. But that was neither here nor there, and didn't pertain the ghoul in question as of right now, so Mayaa just beamed. "Yes! It's a lot of fun!" She giggled when Draven poked him. A bit forceful, but he was getting the hang of it. "Yes, just like that!" She poked Draven back, quite enjoying this. Poke. 	"They...can be friends." He had to concede that. But he really didn't think Jala wanted friends. At all. She totally had a I'm Queen of the Universe vibe. At least in his eyes. "But that doesn't mean they are." He shrugged. And then flinched when she poked him. "Okay then. And ow!" It didn't really hurt that bad...which was why he was able to laugh about it.
