[Research PRP] Dreams of Desert Adventures [Camilla & Mayaa]

Asking what drink Mayaa wanted actually had two purposes the first was naturally to see what she wanted and the second was to secretly see if her minis were alright when Camilla saw they were all just fine she mentally lets out a relived sigh and smiles "Ok!" she says cheerfully the fact that Mayaa didn't say she wanted Tea or Coffee made the Dormouse ghoul figure she didn't want any and after thinking on it she figured that was a good thing Mayaa really probably didn't need too much caffeine...

"Alright time to set the table guys!" Camilla says as she lets the kitchen door close not long after that a cream colored March Hare pushes the light door open with it's back and comes out while carefully carrying a tall glass of orange juice when she gets to a chair with juice in paw she carefully hops up onto the chair then onto the table (without spilling a single drop) before presenting the glass to Mayaa shortly after the March Hare two Magiban a glowing and a guardian come out carrying a large pitcher of juice incase Mayaa wanted more they repeat the proccess the March Hare went through and safely gets the juice on the table it was then that a small flood of minis start coming out of the kitchen! A few more March Hares and Magiban come out of the kitchen carrying place mats and things like jars of jelly and salt tart treats came flying out with the forks and knives till before long the table was perfectly set for two

A good twenty minutes later smells of breakfast were wafting out of the kitchen even with the door closed till finally the door opens and out comes Camilla carrying two heavily laiden plates of food "Breakfast is ready!" she says cheerfully before presenting the plate to Mayaa when the Dormouse ghoul said full breakfast she meant it! On both plates there were two slices of bacon, three sausages, two small fried eggs with a nice runny yoak, a few grilled tomatos, a small mount of braised mushrooms, one small fried potato cake, a good portion of baked beans, fried black pudding, and finally fried bread ontop of that everything including the plates themselves ranged from warm to hot not a single thing was cold! "Enjoy!" Camilla says happily as she sets her plate down however before she starts eating she returns to the kitchen then comes back with a pretty Teapot full of Earl of the Grey Tea in one hand and a pretty little tea cup plus a small sugar bowl in the other

After setting those down on the table Camilla pours herself a cup of Tea, sugars it, then breaths in it's aroma before sighing and visibly relaxing "Ahhh..." most of her minis had gone off to play however some of the tart treats stayed around they waited patiently by the jelly and ketchup so they could move them over when called for because reaching over a 10ft table would be a bit tricky...

I swear writing this post and doing the research on Full English Breakfasts made me want to drool! =Q = XD

Camilla was still enjoying her tea when Mayaa torn into her food the Dormouse ghoul's eyes widen as she watches the Harpy ghoul devour most of the breakfast in what seemed like meer seconds! "Wow..." she says in both awe and slight disgust... She'd never seen anybody eat a full breakfast quite like that... Finally she blinks and looks away from the spectacle to look at her minis with a frown the strawberry and blueberry tart treats that had been waiting to attend Mayaa if she needed anything were now hiding in the floral arrangement in the middle of the table "Uh... Mayaa? You might want to slow down or you'll give yourself a tummyache..." She says finally thats what she'd always been told... If you eat too quickly you'll make your stomach hurt... Maybe Mayaa was a exception?

After mentally shaking her head a bit she begins eatting her own breakfast but at a much slower pace this breakfast was going to have to last them until lunch while they braved the desert... Lunch... She'd better pack Mayaa one...

Despite her warning the Harpy ghoul didn't slow her pace at all! Infact Camilla was pretty sure Mayaa hadn't even heard her... 'I guess... Mayaa must have a strong stomach...' she thinks as she watches the Harpy eat

It didn't take long after for Mayaa to finish yet Camilla was still only maybe halfway through her own... She frowns a bit however smiles happily shortly after at the thanks "Your Welcome!" she says cheerfully before nodding to the bathroom "If you need to watch your hands you can use the bathroom if you like" she offers then looks down at her food "Heh... It's going to take me a bit longer to finish!" she laughs before taking a bite of pudding

(Not going to go too heavy on the bathroom's description)

"Alright!" she says cheerfully before taking a bite of sausage! As Mayaa would dust herself off a little Trashbot the size of a March Hare would come zipping out! The little robot quickly vacuums up the crumbs before retreating back to the closet where it 'lived' "Thank you Trashbot!" She calls cheerfully to the automated metal can's fleeing form! It beeps a few times as if confirming her thanks before disappearing

As Mayaa would push open the door she'd walk into a LARGE bathroom! It ran a good 30ft deep the same width as the main room while being around half of the main room's length around 25ft! The first thing she'd see would be a huge dark wood cabinet with beautiful etchings in the corner! Next to it was a huge beautiful vanity with a large rectangular mirror! As expected both the vanity and the frame of the mirror were made of a dark wood and etched beautifully! On the vanity was surprisingly very little mostly just a fancy curling iron and some lotion! Across from the vanity was a dark wood double vanity sink with a greyish black granite countertop Infront of each sink was a smaller sibling mirror to the one across

Next to the sink in the corner was a rather ornate toilet and then a few feet away was a large shower! In the other corner was a small laundry room with the latest in clothes cleaning machines! Finally inbetween the shower and the laundry room was a HUGE bathtub! The tub and the surrounding wall of the tub are tiled to look almost like a pond! The garden theme of the main room continues into the bathroom the shower curtains were painted to match the walls which were painted to look like a secluded garden pond area three large and tall crystal clear panes of glass make up the windows infront of the bathtub while the ceiling is painted to look like the sky! With one exception... On the wall with the sink vanity and toilet a large piece of grass is painted and it extends all the way to the center of the ceiling there in the center is another large chandelier however this one is made to reflect the light so it looks as if a drop of dew or rain is sparkling in the sunlight...

The extravagant bathroom wouldn't be all the Harpy ghoul would see upon entering... A few Treats would watch her from the sink the they were playing in as she'd enter and not just them either! Various other minis were scattered about pretty much just relaxing in the bathroom! Some of them had even drawn water in the tub and were taking a bath!

Hah hah yes that is a light description on the bathroom! And Ooo! They nerfed the Ancient Necropolis Quest a bit!

Camilla was almost through her bacon when she suddenly hears a loud thump and splash! Followed by the sounds of surprised minis which quickly were scurrying out of the bathroom! "Oh dear..." Camilla didn't like the sound of that one bit... Hasty squeaks, citters, etc recounted the strange happening of the Harpy taking their bath to the other minis which had stopped whatever they were doing to gather around the bathroom door... Quickly she wipes her mouth and hands on her napkin before getting up and pushing her way through the hoard of minis now gathered around the door... It had even drawn her Noise Bats out of the closet next to the bathroom!

Pausing... Camilla lays a ear against the door... What she'd hear would be the strange sounds of... splashing? Oh no... "Mayaa... Are you alright...?" she asks tentatively before waiting a minute or so... Finally with no answer she sighs and pushes the door open slowly... Only to walk in and gasp at the chaos of a half drawn bath being splashed everywhere by a over excited harpy! For a long moment as she scanned the damages Camilla frowns a bit until finally she looks at Mayaa and... smiles? Yes she was smiling! And laughing now too! "Heh heh! Mayaa! If you wanted to use my bathtub you should have just asked!" she laughs cheerfully!

Nothing was damaged and the only real problem was the water everywhere! Fortunately she had a drain set in the middle of the bathroom floor for just this kind of thing and all her furniture had a waterproofing spell on it just incase of splashes! With a fond shake of her head she turns and opens the large wooden cabinet inside were practically every high quality minipet bathing supply you could think of! Shampoos, Brushes, Soaps, Even Conditioner for the more delicate furred minis! Camilla also had her own section in the Cabinet for her own bathing stuff! Slowly she pulls out a extra bottle of her shampoo before shutting the main cabinet to open the drawers below... Inside were rows of fluffy luxuriously soft towls and robes along with other things like wash cloths and shower poofs!

After grabbing a nice fluffy bathsheet and a wash cloth Camilla heads over to the bath making sure to keep the bathing supplies far from the splashes! Quickly she sets the stuff down in a dry spot on the side of the tub before looking the water over "Hm... Ah-hum! Just as I thought! You walked in on a few of my minis taking a bath didn't you!" she exclaims rather then questions "If you want a proper bath you better drain this water out because it has minipet fur in it! heh! Here!" she says before pulling the plug and letting the water drain out... Once that was done and all the fur was gone she turns a flower shaped knob to bring water into the bath! She turned it to lukewarm incase Mayaa didn't like hot water before stepping back "If you want it hotter or cooler just turn that knob!" she explains before moving back to the cabinet... After a moment of rummaging she pulls out a less fluffy towl and begins to clean the water up while Minis slowly creep their way back in...

"Ok! The waters all cleaned up! I'm going to finish breathfast then make us a lunch for the adventure! Heh so take your time!" she says cheerfully before heading for the door pausing only long enough to draw some fresh water in one of the sinks so the minis could play! Camilla was a very accommodating host! As she exits some of the Treats and March Hares move past her into the bathroom and before long it wasn't just tne Harpy ghoul splashing! This was a fairly normal occurrence it seemed!

Camilla needs to finish breakfast, make a lunch, gather everything they need, and get ready herself! So feel free to write a reaction to Camilla brushing off Mayaa's no no! On my next post I'll wrap this post up!

Camilla was a good hostess and as long as her minis weren't being hurt or her stuff wasn't being destroyed she was more then happy to let others use her stuff! Soon far Mayaa had proven that she could be trusted around her minis and the bathtub was pretty high quality so it would be hard for her to actually hurt it so as Camilla left the bathroom she had no worries!

In fact she was quite happy as she returns to her breakfast! She liked sharing honestly it gave her a enjoyable feel good that just made it all worth it! She wasn't gullible however and if Mayaa hadn't been a friend or in need she would have been a bit reluctant to let her use her bath or stuff...

Finally she finishes her breakfast and gets up slowly to stretch a bit... She had woken up at the wee hours of the morning to find that book and she had already done a lot sense... And it wasn't even noon! Still there was more to do before they could start their adventure and so after a tail curling stretch she heads for the kitchen! It had been cleaned up almost perfectly thanks to the Trashbot and her resident kitchen minis and so jumping right back into food preparation would be no problem! What to bring on their trip was easy! It'd be time for afternoon tea so something tea time related was a must! But what exactly to bring was the question...

Soon she had her mind made up and got to work! With practiced ease and the help of skillful minipets she got all the food ready! She even had gathered the basic necessary adventuring supplies as well! When finally she was finished she plops two large backpacks on the table one lavender purple one seafoam green she had decided it would be best not to use her special picnic bag for this because it might get damaged but these backpacks weren't anything to sneeze at either! Inside each bag were two boxes the largest being at the very bottom in the largest box was a assortment of food starting with sandwiches!

Camilla had made herself both Carrot Raisin and Cucumber sandwiches while for Mayaa she used some leftover roast beef from the fridge to make Roast beef sandwiches and also she tuck a few Salmon sandwiches in there too! Along with the sandwiches were scones! They were of a moister recipe to deal better with the hot weather they'd be in! The scones had dried fruits in them and with them was a small jar of clotted cream and one with jelly finally the last spot was filled with a small salad which she also brought dressing for in a small jar

That was the main meal the smaller box contained dessert! Both boxes contained the same thing... Macarons of various colors, a small assortment of spookies, and a piece of moist white cake dusted with powdered sugar! On the outter pockets in a mesh net were two thermoses each both contained tea in them one having Earl of the Gray the other holding Tensions taming a nice herbal tea to calm the nerves

With the food covered Camilla had also packed other useful things for desert exploration! Like several bottles of water, rope, sunscreen, a first aid kit... A small knife, and a small blanket! Finally everything was ready! Except Camilla... Because Mayaa was in her bathroom she decided to change in the kitchen unbothered by the minis staring at her curiously... When finished she walks out in one of her high summer outfits! She had a short pare of seafoam green laceless bloomers on and a light loose flowy stretchy lavender purple top that had short sleeves that came to the top of her shoulders she didn't wear her socks for obvious reasons and so was barefoot finally a lavender purple sun hat with a seafoam green band around the top graced her head with slits for her ears! A matching hat sat waiting on Mayaa's seafoam green bag! She was finally ready!

"Ok Mayaa! We're ready!" she calls out excitedly

When Mayaa would walk out she'd find Camilla looking at a piece of paper she had in her hands with a thoughtful expression however upon hearing the Harpy ghoul's voice she smiles brightly at her "Yup! I've got everything we should need packed!" she announces cheerfully before noticing the dripping... Mayaa clothes were still wet... She probably should have dried those for her... Oops! Least she'd stay cooler though! "Heh your still wet Mayaa! But that probably is a good thing for desert travel!" she laughs before picking up the seafoam bag then the hat and handing them to the Harpy ghoul

Once Mayaa had her gear Camilla checks the paper one more time before smiling and tucking it away in her bag "Ok! Off to the forbidden forest we go!" she exclaims excitedly before heading to the door! Once both she and Mayaa were out she locks the door and practically bounces down the hall hoping Mayaa would keep up!
