Narrowing her eyes, she looked directly at the food, then from the comer of her eye. Perhaps the light was simply playing tricks on her. Even so, Hollandaise picked her way over to the food and touched it gingerly. It certainly had looked real and normal. She frowned.

Wait ... really?

Cearney lifted up one of the plates, finding in disbelief that it appeared to smell delicious as well. It also seemed to be fairly easy to break. Was this edible? Was everything in this room edible? Were the tables edible too?

To test his theory, he ducked his head under the table and looked closer at both the floor and the table.

It certainly felt real enough. Whatever she had touched felt like whatever it appeared to be. However, just touching it caused an increased sense of temptation to take a nibble.

Indeed it appeared that the table was edible too! The faint scent of sugar wafted from it. Chocolate. The floor did seem to be just rock, however. That table, though. Dare he take a bite?

The table smelled like chocolate and it smelled delicious. The floor seemed normal, but the table caught his attention, and for a moment, he considered taking a bite out of it.

Well, before he decided that tables were tables, and he wasn't going to eat one of those. He left from underneath the table and quickly moved to put some distance between it and himself.

Without thought, she popped off a grape and ate it, feeling the cool juice slide own her throat and stab into her belly. She snatched her hand away. She.... she shouldn't be eating now! Warily, she moved back towards the murals.

"Was there anything under the table?" she called out to a boil she recognized from the Black Sands meetings. Something was strange, here.

Cearney had retreated to a corner of the room, observing the whole thing with his arms crossed and his eyes narrowed. His eyes kept darting around for answers until he was interrupted.

"Hm?"

Oh, tree ghoul. He recognized her from Black Sands, so that was good enough for him to let his guard down just a tad, lowering his crossed arms.

"Nothing of interest. Everything but the floor seems edible, though. Including the table."

Wrex's mouth immediately began to drool at the scents and sights around them as he entered the room with his twin in tow. (Thankfully grabbing his bone helm in passing, as it'd be a shame to lose it.) The only thing that stopped him was that there seemed to be a strange feeling about the stuff. More magic? He felt something come over him briefly, and with a growl he shook himself until the feeling went away.

Something had poisoned the food? Magicked it? How dastardly.

"HELLO," Wrex bellowed at the students there, looking cheery if tired. "Why is food here weird? What you looking for?"

As the Dormouse ghoul rushed towards the end of the corridor, she was greeted by a strange sight- The path was different then before... There were two paths here instead of just one... This fact worried her more then anything, as it all but confirmed there were more rings... Or at least more artifacts of a troublesome nature...

And now she had a choice to make. Down one path, she smelled the tell tale metalic smell of gold. Down the other path, she smelled... Food... So much food... Wealth meant little to the wealthy, and often generous, Dormouse ghoul.But, food? She was something of a foodie herself... And it was the food room that held the most sway over her.

Deciding the food room would be best and heading down that path, it turned out to be a bit of a bad judgement on her part... When she arrived, her mouth instantly began to water! The food all looked so perfectly made and it smelled divine! The perfection of the food, coupled with the fact that she wasn't warm enough to think clearly, lead her to a table topped with tea time treats! "Teaaaaa..." she says longingly as she picks up a ornate cup, pours what smelled like Lady of the Grey, and sugars it to almost a syrupy consistancy before drinking it down in one go!

Funnily, it wasn't the tea that made her stomach hurt, it was the three scones with clotted cream she ate after... Maybe she should stop, she never got a stomach ache from eatting three scones before... Something was clearly wrong with this food... But... Oh that sandwich looked so good...

Like his brother, Brute was very interested in what the room was holding, his nose going into a near sensory overload. He took several deep, huffing breaths, his mouth watering, his mouth widening into a toothy smile as he pushed past his twin with a shoulder shove, his weakness and fatigue temporarily forgotten in the face of all that food.

But something about his brothers sudden, disgusted body language held Brute back from going to town on all of that delicious looking food, his words making him take pause, head tilting to the side.

Magic? Poison? Brute snorted and huffed with annoyance. Why did these terrible things always happen?

Ok... Clearly coming to this room was a bad idea... Three perfectly made Carrot Raisin sandwiches later and the Dormouse ghoul was really starting to regret coming in there... Least she was warming and waking up...

Maybe it was the ache in her stomach, or the fact that her foggy mind had finally cleared, but Camilla suddenly felt the thrall the food had over her disolve away. Quickly, the tea and the perfectly decorated cake she was about eat was put down before she backs away from the table with a unhappy frown. "Magicked food... That's mean..." she mumbles with a bit of a pout as she holds her aching stomach...

It was only after she looked up at the murals on the wall that it all made sense... Scenes of pure gluttony painted the walls in surprisingly intricate detail... Gluttony... The first room had been wrath... And now this was gluttony... That meant the gold filled room must have been greed... She did not like where this was going...

It also made her realize that she maybe should have gone into the room with all the gold... Greed likely wouldn't have held much over her... Though... She was far from prone to wrath, and the red mist held sway over her as much as it did everybody else... One's personal weaknesses and strengths might not matter in the face of magicks such as these... Still, it likely wouldn't have hurt.

Parting with Xiu and Edel, AJ went into the room where Settimo was supposed to be. The reaper wasn't waiting them but an uninvited aroma that shortly invaded their sense. It was almost irresistible the monster was dragged towards the tables with delicacies piled high up to the ceiling.

Amphisbaena, a serpent dragon species with two heads, one in the front and one at the back. Both sentimental, the main head controlled temperance and rationality whereas the second head remained the primitive instincts of natural predator. Depending on the personality, the second head would present deviated attitudes. As a result, Dwa, the second head who began to drool once they entered the room created a powerful pull force that went again AJ's will.

It was hard to fight against it but AJ was curious about what effect the foods would add onto him. Therefore, he walked towards the table and picked up a fine cupcake while the dragon head dug itself into a neatly piled up creampuffs. They tasted great, really devilish, thought the head. It wanted more, the fluffy crispy crust that bounced in its mouth, the sweet smooth creams that clotted its teeth. It wanted more!

AJ tore the cupcake into two, rubbed the cake ingredients and checked the stuffing. He was amazed by how perfect it was, it had flawless appearance, soft fluffy texture and lovely red scareberry jam. The red velvet cupcake didn't shame its name at all, it looked like a beautiful red gem in the monster's eyes.

AJ swallowed the drools quickly secreted, wanted to taste by himself how wonderful the cupcake would be. He pinched some, dipped with the red jam and tossed into his mouth. It was something hard to describe. Nice, it was unexpectedly delectable. He wanted to make something like that, something that one couldn't resist to take a bite from. A desire was slowly formed without his notice.

Meanwhile, the head devoured more from the table, its action sent foods flying up and down. Dishes collided and made crispy noises when they toppled from original position. AJ picked up and examined a plate of spookies by taking a bite, the crunch made his eyes widened in amazement. Simple butter spookie but it had a magical power to urge you to pick up a second piece and third piece and so on. It was an interesting sensation for AJ, who had great restraint on stuff normally.

There were other creeple in the same room, some grabbed on a large piece of meat with hands, the desire to eat more carved profoundly on their greasy faces. The monster, however wasn't driven to eat much compared to the his tail head who swallowed down foods like a black hole. It was weird to hear the room filled up with munching sounds, one or two began to fight because of a whole roasted turkey.

AJ realized something was wrong but he couldn't tell it, eventually it hurt slightly to eat. He saw one curled up in pain but his hand continued to claw at a cupcake. It was abnormal, his first thought was it was the influence of the ring. Last time, upon entry he felt an unbeatable desire to hit and unexplained ire that deliberately surged. It was the power of the ring of Wrath which disappeared he knew well before he blacked out.

The boil pinched up a small bit of a brownie and relished the rich chocolate paste immersed through each chew. Creeple said eating can be a desire as well as a sin, AJ felt he understand deeply of it. Nevertheless, he didn't think he was affected strongly as the tail head enjoyed eating anyway and he wasn't mindlessly craving for foods on the table.

AJ licked the chocolate on his finger and caught a creampuff that rolled down from the top of the pile when the tail head slithered on the table. Dwa had enough of the dessert and moved onto the seafood section, it crashed a lobster with its powerful jaws and then picked up a fish and raised its head so it could slip down its gullet.

The rich aroma encircled the area facilitated appetite and was able to make the well-mannered ladies drools like a beast. AJ however twisted his wrist to look at the beautiful snack on his hand, its shape was undoubtedly perfect. He wiped the yellow cream left on his lips and nodded unconsciously. Then, he walked away from the table.

As if the ghostly hands that formed by the scent surrounded them vanished, the craving receded and he was able to pull the tail head from the munching. He looked around and distinguished a few students as well as Shun, the man that the baku called Aniki. "Alright, what's next?" AJ mumbled with a small smile.
