Trent vs. (Cartwright)

[Cartwright]

People in the crowd visibly look uncomfortable at the sight of Trent's back meeting the barbed wire ropes. Worse still for Trent, it appears that he is trapped, as bits of barbed wire have sunk into his back! Cartwright's devious mind thinks up a rather horrible thing to do to the defenceless lad. Cartwright goes to the bottom left turnbuckle and picks up the barbed wire board. The crowd noise begins to grow as Cartwright, with an evil look in his eye, runs towards Trent with the barbed wire board, trying to sandwich him between the board and the ropes!

Trent with an expression of agony, would have been able to see what the devious Cartwright was plotting. Picking up the barbed wire board and attempting to run right into the direction of Trent. Knowing that, Trent's instincts cut in and he knew what he had to do. While in the middle of Cart's run, Trent would toss his body forward with all the momentum he could gain without moving, having all the barbed wire leave his body but leaving a nasty gash and a stinging sensation. After he pulls himself from the barbed wire, he looked to drop to the mat to avoid Cartwright who was within inches of killing the man!

Cartwright has the board placed in-front of him as Trent manages to escape by the skin of his teeth, causing the board to hit the ropes and Cartwright to think that he had successfully squashed Trent! The board touching the barbed wire sets-off the C4 explosion and a blast of sparks light-up the side of the arena that the board was facing. Cartwright lets go of the board and raises his arms up in victory!

The blast would have pushed Cartwright a bit backwards, and seeing that his vision was mainly cut off due to the large board that was strapped with both C4 and Barbed Wire, thinking he sandwiched Trent into a loss. However, that was not the case as Trent, who was a bit bloodied from holes opened up in his back, escaped being punctured once again with an explosion at the end of it.

Cartwright seemed to be none the wiser of Trent escaping, Trent realized when he looked up at the man who seemed to be satisfied with himself. He slowly got to a kneel, while keeping that glance as the fans would boo and try to redirect Cart's attention to Trent who was directly behind him at this point.

Cartwright pulls the board away from the ropes, hoping to find a totally shredded and bloodied Trent, but there is no body there at all! WTF?!?!?! Cartwright looks shocked by this magic trick! Where could Trent have gone?! Cartwright turns around to see if Trent is still inside the ring.

Cartwright seems totally oblivious, where could have Trent gone, all the while he was literally under his nose. Well, revenge is a cruel mistress, and the one who had done onto Trent, was about to have the same thing done to himself. Once Cartwright turned, Trent looked to use all of his leg strength to bounce up into Cart's abdominal, grabbing him, and attempting to bring him straight into the barbed wire located directly behind him!

 

[Cartwright]

Trent is quick to strike Cartwright as he turns around, kicking him in the abs to wind him, doubling The Lad over in pain and making him easy prey to grab hold of and throw into the barbed wire rope! Cartwright's chest area lands on to the ropes, which looks particularly gruesome as his legs look limp behind him as his body goes into shock from the contact! Cartwright roars in pain as the barbed wire digs into his pectorals!

The ring awareness of Trent seemed to get him a slight edge, at least, in that case while Cart was unknowing of Trent's location. Following the attack that just played out, Trent would look to continue the assault by throwing rapid elbows at Cart's back, looking to drive him farther into the barbed wire ropes!

 

[Cartwright]

AAAAH! Cartwright's pain begins to double from both his front and his back as Trent begins to smash his spine with elbow shots! This is a situation that Cartwright wants out of! Cartwright tries to regain some strength to his legs using adrenaline to kick Trent away with a double thrust kick!

Shame on Cart for getting himself in the predicament he did, but shame on Trent for giving Cartwright as much space as he did. Leaving half an arm of space, leading Cartwright to use the power in his legs to hop up and send two boots deep into the chest of Trent, causing him to be thrown near the center of the ring, doubled over holding the spot in which the two kicks connected!

 

[Cartwright]

Cartwright has freed himself from Trent's elbow assault and from being dug ever deeper into the barbed wire, but can he use this time to escape from it?! While Trent is grounded on the mat, Cartwright tries to free his chest from the barbed wire rope, the crowd cheering him on!

Whether or not Cart escapes the barbed wire, it doesn't matter, just knowing that he was buried as deep as he was into it, and how bad that nasty cut will be was enough for Trent to shine a grin while he began to get to a kneel. Struggling due to the gut-wrenching pain that resided in his stomach from the kick. Luckily, Trent didn't eat before this match otherwise another factor would be added into this already nasty and grotesque match!

 

[Cartwright]

Cartwright is able to free himself from the barbed wire ropes as Trent gets to a kneel. The relief of the pain from the barbed wire disappearing causes Cartwright to drop to the mat, lying on his back and holding his chest with both hands.

It seems Cartwright wasn't up to the task to continue fighting, seeing as he would drop following his release from the barbed wire. Which is fine for Trent who got up with his own power, catching the image of the downed Cartwright as his thoughts began to race. With a slow, cocky pace, Trent would grab another board strapped with barbed wire, getting ready to hit a homer!

 

[Cartwright]

Trent grabs himself a barbed wire board from another turnbuckle and approaches Cartwright menacingly and confidently as The Lad remains on the mat. Cartwright begins to rise as Trent gets closer and closer towards him!
