There should be a role for those who mainly work to Charm Walkers, especially those seeking a better life. It'd be a tough, dangerous job, but prolly more appealing to those who prefer alternative approaches to Walkers.
Also, what is the idea for those members who have families, like Karloff will one day? Would this violate vows, or would the herd try to integrate the families in the safety of the camps?
