Joann has some amazing sales if you're welling to wait.

Please note that when a sale says by x get y free then you need to complete the sale and can not settle for one item. It will save you money most of the time, not all of the time.

The only thing that does not have a sale above 30% is Yaya Han. You can wait for a couple, but that is also fairly rare.
