[Nuke Fusion] vs Rex Kobra

[-Nuclear Fusion-]

The double axe handle was hard and vicious, and had Nuke immediately arching his back.

He dropped initially to a knee before powering through the pain, getting back to his feet, but still in that pain.

 

[Undead Superstar]

Rex saw Nuke go to a knee and then start to rise. As soon as he was back upright, Rex would raise a hand and attempt to deliver a brutal and forceful Tomahawk Chop to Nuke's chest.  

[-Nuclear Fusion-]

Slap!

That sound echoed across the stadium, and very well may have been heard for miles around.

Nuke clutched his chest as it immediately began to go red, turning and walking in a slow circle, wincing through the pain.

 

[Undead Superstar]

Rex followed behind Nuke as he walked in the circle, stalking him like a villain in a slasher flick. After a few moments of stalking, Rex would attempt to level Nuke with a methodical chop block.  

[-Nuclear Fusion-]

Creeker was methodical in his approach, calculating and precise.

The chop block was effective and brought Nuke down to his knees, before falling flat on his face on the canvas.

 

[Undead Superstar]

With Nuke on the ground, Rex would seek to cause more damage by trying to deliver a violent and forceful stomp to Nuke's knee. If Rex wanted to keep The Redeemer down, he was going to have to make it painful to stand.  

[-Nuclear Fusion-]

The stomp connected, and Nuke was in brutal pain. He cried out and The Redeemer instantly needed to get away.

He looked to roll away and under the bottom rope to the ring apron.

 

[Undead Superstar]

Rex watched as Nuke rolled away, getting under the bottom rope to the apron. Ramona on the outside thought of going to check on Nuke, but she didn't want to earn the ire of her brother by checking on the enemy. She took a step toward Nuke but backed up as Rex shot her a look. Rex would look back to Nuke and he would wait. He would back a couple of steps and wait. He wanted Nuke to stand. Wanted Nuke to pull himself back to his feet and when and if he did, Rex would charge and try to deliver a massive big boot to the skull.  

[-Nuclear Fusion-]

Nuke made his way to the ring apron and began starting to nurse his wounds, as he began to stand up. He noted that Ramona was quite close to him, eager to help, but then backed away a couple of steps.

He looked to turn and ask if she was okay, before..

The Big Boot connected, sending The Redeemer hurtling off the ring apron.. and straight into Ramona!

 

[Undead Superstar]

Ramona was caught by the falling Nuke and laid out. Rex lowered himself and rolled from the ring to survey the fallout of the attack. He moved to his sister and checked on her for a moment before turning his attention back to Nuke and attempting to bring him to his feet. If he was able to get Nuke to his feet, Rex would attempt to whip him hard into the barricade.  

[-Nuclear Fusion-]

Nuke had laid out Ramona, courtesy of Rex, but it didn't seem that he was all too worried about his sister's well being. A quick check would suffice, apparently.

Rex dragged Nuke to his feet, and went to Irish Whip him.. but The Redeemer locked his knees, planted his feet, and attempted to reverse the move!

 

[Undead Superstar]

Rex's eyes widened in surprise as his whip was stopped. That surprise caused him enough of a distraction from what he was trying to do that it gave Nuke the upper hand and Rex found himself whipped instead.  

[-Nuclear Fusion-]

Rex was slammed into the barricade, and Nuke stumbled backwards slightly into the ring apron, catching his breath slightly. He grunted, looking at Ramona for a second, then back to Rex.

The Redeemer then walked to Ramona, checking on her and trying to get her back to her feet.

"Hey, Ramona.. are you okay? Talk to me!"

 

[Undead Superstar]

Ramona gave a weak nod as she started to get up. She cast a look at The Redeemer with an arched eyebrow. Speak to me? Really. After all this time of showing she couldn't. Yet. She got to her feet and looking at Nuke, the thought bloomed that maybe she could speak after all.

While Nuke checked on Ramona, Rex leaned against the barricade, wincing at the pain that had shot through his system from the collision with the barricade. As he saw his sister rise, Rex managed to move. He stalked toward Nuke and went to grab him from behind and attempt a German Suplex just as Ramona opened her mouth to try and speak.  

[-Nuclear Fusion-]

Ramona looked and saw a smile in a kind man's eyes as The Redeemer helped her to her feet..

But that face soon changed to one of shock and despair, as Rex lifted Nuke with a brutal German Suplex!

Nuke landed hard on the outside mats on his back and neck, rolling and eventually landing face down!
