Wow! You're in alot of guilds! I'm only in... 3? at the moment. I had to narrow the list down sweatdrop there were too many guilds that I never go to.

I dont think i would make a newbie a crew member.

Hey what would you think about guild jobs?
Get one person that is really trust worthy and very organized. Jobs could be as follows:
1. Ticketteer: A person that goes into Games and earn Tickets. There will be a certain amount of tokens provided.
For every token returned they get .75 gold. For ever tiket they get 2 gold.
2. Recruitor: ( You already have these. Yay for Recruitors.) These people work hard to enlarge our forces.
3. Fishers: They are given a certain amount of bait to go fishing with they fish until every slot in the bucket is full. 100 gold per bucket.
4. Recyclers: For more common trash .5 gold, for the rarer finds such as tires boots and cans 2 gold.
5. Boss: The boss gets paid 2000 gold a week for organizing and taking on such a heavy responsibility.
This will help the guild grow, and be able to purchase better items for contests and giveaways.
So what do you think?

But we use our own stuff.

well I could come with art... but what we could do with it is something else xD
maybe some banners or maybe a comic...... well for that I need a writer and someone who is good with graphic....
we maybe can have some kind of maskot for this guild xD I dunno.

hit me if there is anything I can do. domokun Oooo I like the idea of a mascot! And a comic would be awesome, but ehh, it would be a little.. difficult... to come up with the script and do all the panelling and coloring every so often, especially if it was a weekly one! Naw, I think if we were going to do a comic, it would be a "whenever it's realeased" comic. But a mascot, that sounds so cool ^^
