just sertain people. and trust me, you should be glad you don't have it^^'. I tried to get rid of them, but every summer they keep on coming back. yeah they like the sun.

The sun or genetics.
@Emily -- You cant get rid of them by force, you can only cover them up. I have heaps and heaps of freckles, and they seem to darken when I get cold or my face gets wet. My mum had heaps of freckles like me, but over the years, they disapeared. They will probably fade over time.
