For some reason I find him one of the easiest. Him and Teal'c. Vala gives me nightmares, shes always comes off either like a deranged barbie-doll of just neurotic.

I have yet to write for Vala. I'm still unsure of how to do it. The situation she'll be in when I do write for her will be, for lack of a better description, awkward.

Yeah. I've pretty much taken to leaving her out of my stories, rather than write her horribly. Until I can do her right.

i would never dare to write about the stargate people in general...mostly because i can't...lol....it's hard to geta character right i think....

Or trying. I reread some of my older stories and found that they sound really bland, whereas the fifth installment in the series, which I just finished two months ago, is far more lively. Maybe it's just the change of setting.

i prefer to mix the set characters in with some of my own design, at least then its kinda like a break when i write just for them

I don't think I'm a very good writer. I've never finished anything because of it. I've got Daniel and Vala's characters down pretty well though.

I find it hard to write long stories. The longest I've ever written was only 30 pages. Most seem to stop at 10, or less than. Anyone else have that problem?
