The Outside World

Icarus coughed herself awake and opened her eyes. "Are we still flying?" She asked.

Collin laughs and sis down helping u sit up in his lap. "Sorry Icarus, we stopped to land." He rests his head against your shoulder w one arm wrapped around u

She turned her head to him with a confused look on her face. "Are we far enough?" She asked, her voice starting to shake with the idea of being taken back again.

He looks at you and stroaks your cheek, wiping the blood away. "Yes Icarus, we are several miles away..."

She looked down and curled up against him. "I never wanna go back..."

He rests his head on your shoulder again. "You won't have to."  

[Baddicus B itch]

Blanche came back with an armful of wood, putting it in the center and looking at it. "Um...." She said. She took a stick and rubbed it against another.

Her shoulders shook as she cried quietly. "They took so much away from me..."

"i know" he rubbs her cheek and smiles @ Blanche. its okay he whispers

She tightened her grip on his shirt and shut her eyes tight, crying harder.

He rubbs his cheek against her head rubbing her shoulder. "It's okay Icarus"

Blanche looked at Icarus and put a hand on her back, her eyes sad. "I'm sorry.." She whispered. She wondered if her light powers could do anything to help her...

She slowly stopped crying and just sniffled. Her head lifted after a few minutes and looked in the direction of Blanche. She looked in the distance for a few seconds before blinking back into the present. "You gotta rub the sticks together faster to get a spark going..." She said quietly.

Collin smiles and huggs you

She let him hold her. Right now she didn't care about anything, she just wanted to be warm. So she curled up closer to him, burying her face against his shoulder.
