Fate looked at the thing that was in front of everyone,she was just right behind Destiny.If the thing was going to attack she was going to fight if have to not caring what her sister though about it.
Destiny was in her fighting stand,keeping her guards up just in case the beast thing was going to attack.

 The shadow tilted its head and looked at the people around him. A small clicking noise could be heard from it. It gave a high screech before leaping towards its targets. Exodus, from the top of the cliff, laid down and peered over the edge watching for his enjoyment.Mason let go of Roseaki's hand and it immediately turned into his blade of souls. He struck towards the creature, but the creature was too agile. It blocked the attack with one of its bladed arms.

Destiny looked at the creature not sure if she should get involved,but one it wasn't her fight,and it didn't want to go after them.Two she cared only about her sister's safety,she then remembered something.She sighed she looked at the creature,she made a very dark red hold on to it's feet so it couldn't move. Fate look at her sister.Fate wanted to help,but wasn't sure what she could do.She wasn't the strongest person in the world,but she knew she had to do something.She transformed into her fallen angel form.She made feathers come making them sharp as needles the feathers went into the creature's back.((Fate angel form smile )

Roseaki watched from yards away scared that Mason would get hurt. She wondered if she should try to help him or not but she was afraid she wouldnt be strong enough or would be in his way.

The shadow gave another shriek as the feathers went into its back. The feathers were then slowly absorbed into the darkness it was made of. Mason leaped at it his sword plunged through the heart of the creature. The sword was trying to suck up the very essence of its being. It shrieked in pain and fury. It swung one of its arms at Mason, slicing his upper right arm. The darkness grew around it as it released Destiny's grip on him. It gave a roar attacking at everything in its way.

Fate eyes widen from seeing Mason's arm,seeing it got sliced and that darkness was growing around it.She went over quickly trying to heal it in anyway she could his arm was kind of glowing light,but it was kind of hard to see with the darkness.Destiny looked at the creature,a sword appeared in her hand.She ran at the creature and started to slice it everywhere,she wouldn't stop.Destiny was kind of getting cut by the creature. ((The sword or blade w/e))

"Mason!" Roseaki yelled, she grabed the sides of her head, falling to her knees, her painful memories returning. People she loved bleeding and dying in front of her, their screams of tourture and fear filling her ears, she screamed.
The creature did this to him, she realized that. She made a giant flamed ball and threw it at the dark creature.

Mason let her heal it, but rushed back into the fight to help Destiny and Roseaki. He in turn slashed at the creature several times, getting a few scratches in the fighting. The creature shrieked before returning to the puddle of darkness and fleeing the area. Exodus gave a half smile, "That's the Mason I remember..." He stood up and jumped off the cliff. He landed on the ground near them, creating a small crater. He stood up, both arms outstretched as if looking for a hug, "Ah... Mason... I have found you at last."Mason looked at Exodus, "Exodus... why are you here? Shouldn't you be in the other realm?" Mason could feel that pulling feeling again. "I should have realized it was you... I wish to have my soul back." He held out his hand waiting for him to give it over.Exodus laughed at him, "Ha, you want it back? I'm sorry but I can't do that. I still have need of it. Besides.... you still have half of it. All I need to do is take it and then I'll have no further use for you... unless...." Can I eat? Can I eat? Please can I eat? "Just shut up!"

Roseaki ran over to Masons side, and looked at Exodus she wasnt about to let him take the other half of Masons soul.

Fate was kind of on the other side of Mason,but she was still a little far.Looking at the guy that Mason called Exodus,hearing him say something about taking his other part of his soul."You can't take the other part of Mason's soul...and I won't let you."Fate said a little loud,but it was also kind of weak.
Destiny looked at Fate,sighing again.She stood next to her sister,crossing her arms."And I won't let you either."She said that only because she didn't want Fate to get hurt,and didn't want to see anyone died.Destiny's eyes were a normal red now.

Exodus laughed, "You are all too funny... I will get it one way or another." Please master just one bite? "Not even a nibble!" You are no fun! "Tell me where it is!"Mason looked at him, "Why would you need it? What do you have to gain with my soul?" Mason was slightly confused."You fool... I'm surprised you haven't heard... The Brotherhood... is dead. Well mostly... you see I killed off those who wouldn't listen. It is much easier if you see things my way. With your soul I can shape it to however I feel like. I can make you my weapon. I don't need it, but I want it. You took down that Shade with ease, granted you had some help..."

Fate and Destiny looked at him kind of confused not really getting what he was saying,but they did understand that he did kill lots of people.Meaning he must be a strong person,but they didn't care they were going to give it there all to protect Mason and his other half of his soul.

Mason stood there bewildered. "All?... What about Rai-""She's dead. She wouldn't give up her half and join the ranks, so I disposed of her. Her pleads for mercy were quite enjoyable..."Mason couldn't process all the information, but what he could gather he used to fuel his anger. His blade grew larger, "I swear I'll kill you..."Exodus gave his half smile like usual, "Not if I kill you first. However... I'll give you some time to decide what you would like to do. Think about it. Death.... or life..." Exodus threw out his hand which enveloped himself in darkness. The blade retreated until it disappeared. He fell down exhausted from the fight and the news that was brought to him. "He killed her..."
