OOC: It sounds pretty good to me.
Ic: Lance walked up to the patch of grass. He wasn't sure what was inside of the pokeball that he had in his hands. But, there was one way to find out.
Lance threw the pokeball onto the ground. A very young looking Pidgey appeared on the ground pecking the ground. It smiled at Lance then tried to fly away.
Pidgey flapped its wings a few times. Trying to take flight. Then, it just sat down on it belly.
Lance looked at the creature oddly.
Pidgey had a sad look on its face. It still wanted to be with its mother.
Lance spoke in a reluctant and confused manner.
Lance- Ummm.....Pidgey..use Peck...?
The creature jumped up into the air. Biting Lance on the hand.
Lance winced for a second. Then held his wound. As Pidgey jumped down onto the ground. Looking at him angrily.
Pidgey has learned Bite
+1 bonus Attack at level up.
Pidgey- Level 1
Hp-5/5
Str- 5 (+1 bonus at level-up)
Def- 5
Sp. Atk-5
Sp. Def- 5
Speed- 5
Status Immunity- None

Zane glared at the rocket grunt as the battle continued. He wasn't sure how many pokemon she had, but he'd be able to handle her.
Zane: Shroomish, use Headbutt!
Shroomish kicked off the ground and launched towards Seviper with a Headbutt attack.
Grunt: Seviper, use toxic!
Zane smiled. Seviper shot a toxic at Shroomish. However, Shroomish received no damage, due to her Poison Heal ability. Instead, the toxic would be healing her.
Grunt: That was a dumb mistake. But a poisoned pokemon is still a poisoned pokemon. Use Venom Shock!
Seviper shot a wave poison at Shroomish, dealing double damage because she was poisoned, but it was not very effective.
Zane: Now Shroomish, use Stun Spore!
Shroomish shot a glittery powder out of her head, which fell onto Seviper, paralyzing her.
Grunt: Seviper, use Wrap!
Seviper launched herself at Shroomish and coiled around her.
Zane: Use Bullet Seed!
Shroomish shot a series of thick seeds out the top of her head, knocking Seviper in the face, causing her to loosen her grip.
Zane: Now, Shroomish, escape her grip and use Drain Punch!
Shroomish spun around and jumped out from Seviper's coils, She then fell back down on Seviper with one of her feet glowing. The foot struck Seviper, dealing damage and sapping some of its health.
Grunt: We won't give up. Seviper, use Poison Fang!
Seviper launched at Shroomish with venomous fangs.
Zane: Shroomish, use Headbutt into the attack!
Shroomish kicked off the ground and headed straight into Seviper's Poison Fang. The two attacks collided, but Shroomish was stronger and sent Seviper falling backwards with broken fangs.
Zane: Now Shroomish, finish this off with Bullet Seed!
Shroomish shot a series of seeds at Seviper, causing it to faing.
Grunt: Haha, I have more than just one pokemon.
She recalled her Seviper.
Grunt: Come on out, Sableye!
The grunt released a Sableye from it's pokeball. The pokemon grimaced at Shroomish, trying to intimidate her.

I guess it isn't everyday that you encounter a Golden Ditto and one that is as strong as mine is." Lanette: "Exactly. I can tell that you've raised your Ditto well. You are a powerful Trainer and I'll be waiting to see how well you do in the Johto League. It should be interesting. I expect you to do better this time then how you did in the Johto League. Heck try to win this time and maybe use 6 Pokemon instead of just 3." Kor: "I know. I will use 6 PKMN this time. I guess I was a little bit too cocky in the Johto League."

The pidgey started to look into the grass. It's eyes met with a wild sperrow level 4. The Sperrows' eyes started to glow blue. As it used the skill Leer on Pidgey.
Pidgey suddenly started shivering. It was paralyzed with fear. Not because of any physical ailment. But, by the size of the Sperrow compared to itself. The creature tried to move away. But found it was unable to.
Lance ran into the grass. Kicking the Sperrow in the side. The creature was knocked to the ground for a second. But, then it stood up. Looking Lance in the eyes with that same stare. Lances body suddenly felt stiff at this point.
Pidgey was unable to move. But at this point. It didn't care what was happening to its trainer.

Str- 5 (+1 bonus at level-up)
Def- 5
Sp. Atk-5
Sp. Def- 5
Speed- 5

Kor: "I'm sorry to shatter that dream Max, but you will never surpass me or beat me for that matter. Though I'm sure you'll still keep trying to get strong enough to defeat me. I must tell you that my Ditto hasn't lost a single battle for several years unless you count when it lost in the Johto League last year."

Kor: "Well one loss in a period of 5 years makes my Ditto one Hell of a PKMN."
Lanette: "Your Ditto has only lost a battle once in a 5 year timespan? Seriously? Wow it is definitely powerful. Do you mind if I battle against it?"
Kor: "Sure. How about a 1 vs. 1 Battle anything goes except interference and no switching out?"
Lanette: "That's fine with me. Who shall be the referee?"
Kor: "Max or Kari can be the ref. Do either of you wanna be referee for our battle?"

The voice of an unknown trainer could be heard as they approached.

The wild Sperrow was struck right below its wing. The attack wasn't enough to knock it out.

The unknown trainer then pointed to the Sperrow.
???- Wurmple! Use Poison Sting AGAIN!
Spearow was strung in its beat. The bird pokemon fell to the ground at this point.
Pidgey watched the unknown trainer cautiously. It looked as though it would attack. If the trainer or his pokemon came within striking range of the thing.

"Gah! Forget you, Norman!" Izzie ran west, until she reached the ocean. She threw in a Net Ball. Nothing happened. She threw another. Nothing again. She threw another. Tentacool was caught! Tentacool was released. She threw another. Nothing. She threw another. Still nothing. She threw one more. Miraculously, Wailmer was caught! She sent it out and jumped on its back. "On to Dewford, my new Wailmer!" They set off.

Lanette: "Well then let's go outside and battle then."
Lanette leads Kor, Kari, and Max outside into her backyard where there is a battlefield.
Kor: "Well then I'll be using my Ditto as you've requested to battle against it. What will you be using?"
Lanette: "I'll use my Umbreon. It actually happens to have been a present from Bill of the Kanto Region who happens to be responsible for the creation of the Pokemon Transfer System of that Region. He's a good friend of mine and gave me my Umbreon long ago when she was only a young Eevee."
