(( Oh your God we are so going to have to have blood-chocolate in the RP now. Watch for it in the near future. -starts working chocolate into very post-))
Charles chuckled when she mentioned she had already gotten the tickes, as if she had known she would get him to agree. "Oh Matthia, you cheeky vixen." He teased as he picked up the tickets. His green orbs went over the details slowly as the information fixed itself into his mind. This would be no problem, easily organized.
The man looked up when Matthia mentioned bringing the other family members. That would be perfectly fine, safer too. Charles smiled and nodded in agreement. "Ever so considerate, my love." He stated happily. "No doubt they will want to come along." And if they did not, he would force them anyway.
Charles rolled his eyes when she brought up the protection. Of course she would cover that, smart woman that she was. He was not going to get away with anything. "But you are my Queen," Charles insisted with a smile and ran a hand smoothly along the right side of her face. "But I'll see what I can do." It would not be too hard, the guards were trained professionals. They shall be as invisible as Prince Philip's courtesy.
The male vampire emptied his glass of blood and set it aside. He licked his lips clean before picking up the bottle. "Would you care for some more?" Charles asked politely, offering to pour her glass full. She needed to be well fed when she was eating for two. He had already had enough for himself.

Even with Marie being pulled gently behind him his hand wrapped softly around her own his footsteps were nearly inaudible upon the stones of the garden pathway. If she had noticed his hands were very soft and callous free making it seem tho he never worked a physical job his entire life. "Let us try our luck this way" Kael said pulling her as his grip tightened only enough to make it the same force as holding a hand normally. Within a few moments there surroundings had changed as they walked thru a pair of glass doors. The metal holding them together green tho hints of age slowly starting to show underneath the paint. Within the green house the scent of flowers of a multitude of species hit them at once combining into a lovely fragrance that filled the glass house. "Not as romantic as your lake side drawing but a little more beautiful I would say" Kael said looking around. The moon from above shining down into the glass painting it with a mystical yet slightly eerie glow. (If you have seen rose red you may understand the look of the greenhouse im going for. If you haven't you need to watch it great minseries.)

Valen smiled at the gentle caress that saw the last of the mace removed from his features, glad to be rid of the accursed substance for his own safety. At the comment of his further involvement with them the Consort shook his head towards Mrs. O'Connor, knowing that it would be for the best to remain at the manor for any number of reasons. "Sadly I'll have to forego your company until our dinner date Maria. Once again my apologies for how things have turned out for tonight, to you and to you as well Barry," he stated softly, nodding towards the older man in a show of respect and gratitude. "Take care the both of you. I shall see you again in a far more positive setting soon enough." And with that Paendragon bowed towards the O'Connors, making sure he waited until they departed in peace before he returned to scoping out the rest of the party. He had lost track of Kael'thas during all of the Cognitio-fueled mayhem, and he strongly suspected he needed to inform Sable about all that had occurred in due course.

(( ^.^ thank you....^^' I was aiming for creepy rich lady o3o did it work?) Gushing Maria lent up, pushing herself on tip-toes as she ruffled the vampires hair affectionaly "I will see you then, please, I hope the rest of your night goes better then the first half!" checking her watch the older woman shook her head before marching off across the lawn and linking her arm with her husbands. the couple sauntered across the lawn, talking almost animatedly before vanishing around the corner. They were intent on heading home for what they deemed, a 'well deserved rest', leaving Valen alone on the lawn.*~*~*~* Jackie sat up in her bed, grimmacing and rubbing her arm. She was now able to move it - which was always a good point in her opinion, but the nightmare that had woken her was somethething she would rather not have expereanced. Slipping fron under her coveres Jackie padded her way to the living room, flopping on the sofa with a sight as their house cat hopped lightly onto her lap. She would wait for her parents to get home before attempting to sleep again, she always felt safer with someone in the house. (( Devil's food cake would be ironic no? what about ice cream? or even cheese cake?....o.o my god.....its like living with flandre scarlet! -runs for the hills- ))

Matthia giggled softly. "Well of course. I'm your Origin. I should get what I want." She said in a teasing manner. She wasn't obnoxious to really believe that she was more important then the others. Other then the fact that she was the only vampire in the clan who could have a child, and her blood was what created her consorts and liliths, and their blood created their hosts and ghouls, she didn't see herself as much different from the others. She liked to think of herself as an equal, a fact she made quite clear quite often. "And of course I would invite them along. They are our family Charles." Matthia nuzzled her face into the side of her husband's hand while he attempted to talk his way out of having to quiet the security measures. She couldn't stop the soft glow forming in her eyes when he spoke of her as his Queen. When he finally agreed to make the security at least somewhat discreet she grinned happily. "Thank you my love." Reaching for her wine glass, Matthia finished the rest of the metallic crimson liquid contained within. "Yes please." She replied to the offer for more blood. "And you know...the play not being until tomorrow night still leaves us with one problem..." She murmured as she set the glass down for him to refill. "What on earth are we going to do tonight?"
Marie followed Kael down the stone path through the gardens. The only sounds around them where the soft rustle of leaves, and the tapping of her heels against the stone. She found the palm of his hand unusually smooth, like polished jade. It wasn't what she expected from the hands of an artist, especially a sketch artist such as himself. She would have thought the constant graphite and paper would have dried his hands more, roughen them. She followed him into the greenhouse, stopping just inside the door and looking around at the glass walls. Her eyes fell to the hundreds of flowers blooming in the room, all basking in the light of the moon which shine over head, shimmering in the room. "Oh wow...beautiful isn't the word." She murmured. Marie let go of Kael's hand and walkover to the expertly potted lilies growing against the back wall. She gingerly touched the back of the pink, white tipped petals with her hand, feeling the silky texture against her skin. She thought for a moment how much her friend Evie would love to be here, just for the flowers. So many types...many that Marie didn't even recognize, in combination with several types of shrubs, herbs, and some small trees. She looked back to Kael, her face framed in moonlight, reflecting from her azure eyes. "I swear...this mansion is in danger of becoming my muse. Who would have thought it would be so full of little treasures like this."

Charles could not help but agree with that idea wholeheartedly, even though she joked, that she should get whatever she wanted. Matthia was the most important thing to him, and that made him force others to treat her the same way - with utmost respect and kindness. She deserved nothing less.
The man gladly poured her a glass full when she set her glass down. He looked up with a smile, which quickly turned to a mischievous grin, when she asked what they could do tonight. Charles set down the bottle and picked up Matthia's glass in his left hand. "What would your Majesty want to do, I wonder?" He asked quietly and leaned in close, his eyes gazing into Matthia's with happiness and desire. They were alone, in private, in their comfortable living room inside their home. Above all, the male vampire wanted to enjoy their time together as much as possible.
Charles took a sip of the drink from her glass, wetting his lips in the liquid. He then planted a gentle peck on her lips and gave her bottom lip a soft n** with his teeth. "What could we do indeed." He spoke softly. His features were lit up with excitement, his smile everlasting.

Matthia began to feel a familiar stirring in her stomach. A feeling that, even after over one hundred years of marriage, Charles was still easily able to evoke in her. "Oh I wonder..." She murmured softly, running her tongue over her lips, tasting the faint amount of blood that Charles left there. With the blood cleaned from her lush lips, Matthia bit down softly where Charles had bit. Her fangs so sharp that small amount of pressure able to draw blood. The smallest drop of her own blood trickled from the corner of her mouth. The self sustained injury was small, and would heal completely in a matter of minutes so it was little matter to her. With the iron taste lingering on her tongue, she leaned in a kissed her husband softly. The smallest taste of Origin blood, she knew it would drive him crazy. She wanted that. Because after all...in the Illuminati mansion, all on their own, they had to find something to do to pass the time.

With the O'Connors now well on their way departing from the party he returned once more back inside-or at least such had been his plan before he felt a small change in the air around him. Every instinct on his person seemed to run mad with urgency, as though forewarning him of a particularly menacing threat that he had not yet identified. What was it to perturb him so? He had never felt so uneasy since his conversion, nay, his ascension in the ranks of the vampire Clans, but he knew something was gravely wrong. Sable.[/] He immediately began to pace back into the manor, his expression an impassive mask of concern for locating his Origin immediately. He was not truly afraid or nervous, but he had not felt so unprepared for a challenge since...well, frankly since that Annoyance had intruded where he had not been wanted. The passerby humans turned to look at him just once before turning away to speak in confusion, wondering what had provoked the almost bullish charge from Paendragon on the hunt for his Clan.

((I think it'd be fair to call that a night and have the party ended. They've been in it for zillion RP hours or something. The issue of course is... All the inactive characters still being there.))
Charles froze as he witnessed Matthia's lip breaking out to bleed, even if just slightly. The smell hypnotized him, and as if answering his silent begging it came closer, and closer, till the taste was in his mouth. The male vampire closed his eyes, his head swimming and his senses overwhelmed by desire. His body woke up from it's trance, and would not let the kiss end, only returning the affection with greater passion.
She really was his Queen, Queen of all of him. The Ruler of his very mind and body, and he could not help but want it to be even more so.
~~~Several Hours Later~~~
Charles opened his eyes to the sight of his Origin resting on him and instantly smiled. He was seated in the armchair, with Matthia on his lap and pressed against his chest. Charles exhaled in relaxation and wrapped his arms tighter around his lady. Being so close warmed up his very core, from his soul to his heart and body. Her company was blissful.
His eyes slowly went from Matthia's golden face to the room. The blood bottle was empty, sitting there with the glasses on the table... and his tie? Charles felt the collar of his shirt and realized he had forgotten that item of clothing. Well, he would grab it only if and when they were leaving the room. His current situation was too good to pass up, no excuse could make him stand.
Charles' eyes returned to his Goddess's sublime features. The pale tips of his fingers waltzed up the side of her angelic mask and escaped into the confines of her smooth locks. Charles lowered his nose to the top of Matthia's head and enjoyed her scent. "Mi'lady." He whispered softly to get her attention.
Listening to the sounds in the air Kael watched Marie move from time to time focusing less on her words and more on what was going on at the party. From what he could assertain by the music was that it was slowly but surely starting to die down. Likely guests leaving after having to much to drink and some simply following there drunk friends home.
Returning his attention back to Marie to pick up the last bit of her words he could mostly piece together what he had missed. "Well a danger or not the party may be ending soon" Kael said staring at her. Framed in the moon light she had even more of an allure for him then before. He wanted her to be his and only needed likely to wait till there artistic meet. That however was becoming harder as he was close to the girl. While she didn't have from what he could tell a downtrodden life her artistic eye was far greater then what he viewed as many of Sables hosts.
((^^ thank you mwhahaha)) Jackie grimaced and slid back into bed, her parents where now home but that only meant receiving a lecture from her mother on how to act like a proper woman in society and so someone was going to be arriving for dinner during the week - Though Maria had neatly left out the identity of exactly what who was coming over for dinner by sweeping her daughters questions away with fond little quips such as 'you'll enjoy his company'.
With dread sinking further into her stomach like a lead balloon Jackie settled down to sleep the last few hours before having to rise for work again.
Falling fast asleep Jackie found her dreams disturbed by nightmares of the man at the party, blood and screaming and the sinking sense of dread that filled all prey animals when they knew a predator was near by. Even in her sleep Jackie found herself hoping that her parents hadn't invited Valen to this dinner during the week - seeing his face in a nightmare was more then enough contact for her. ((are we gonna time skip then? or is anything else goi ng on?))
Matthia could feel her husband playing with the locks of her hair, the feathery tips brushing lightly against her cheek. Her eyes fluttered open, her hazel orbs falling on the face of her loving husband and loyal consort. "I was imagining what it must feel like to feel the warmth of the sun against your skin. Is it like making love...being warmed to the core. Or is there something more ethereal about far away presence." She murmured in a soft voice. She often wondered about human anomalies such as these. Things they experienced everyday, yet failed to notice. She lifted her own hand, and twisted her fingers around a small lock of his short hair. "Though they are meant to be our rivals...I do sometimes find myself hoping the Sable and MariAnna find their own version of you. Would be a pity to go through their long life and never know love as I have. To experience only a taste of what they could have only when they go to make their own heirs." Matthia lowered her head, resting it back in the crook of Charles' neck. "Could you imagine my love...living as long as we have and never having experienced love? Living as long as my mother did even? She was centuries old before she died."
Marie turned to face him when he spoke. "Oh...dear." She said. It must have been later then I thought. "I suppose we had better go back, and say our goodbyes" She said, not seeming too happy about it. But she couldn't just leave with Kael or anything. She had to find Evie. Marie moved towards the greenhouse door, "So I suppose I'll call you in the morning and we can arrange a time to meet to work?" She asked, merely just repeating what they had already agreed earlier that evening. As the moment wore on, the magic seemed to die. Pity the things goodbye could do. "Shall we?"
"It is a lasting mystery to our kind." Charles replied softly and gave Matthia a small smile. The sun... Such a stunning feature, he had been a vampire too long to remember the sensation of warmth it gave. However... "But nothing warms me up than you, my love." He had to insist. She was his brightest star and fulfilled his desires more than any amount of treasure anyone could ever have. Charles gave a small chuckle as Matthia played with his hair, enjoying the sensation. His smile grew to a grin when she said that she hoped their rivals found someone like him, the thought seeming a little silly. She was just too lovely. At the thought of them not ever finding love though, Charles had to frown. The concept was rather dreadful. Their love made life worthwhile and completed everything, there was no other need or purpose above it. "That I dare not imagine, darling. It would be no life to live without you." Charles answered her softly and his arms squeezed her gently against him. He made any such bad thought go away by making sure he was still in this dreamy reality, still with her so near him.
((Yeah we should time skip now. You can all put it in your next posts and wake up the following morning. Like with my other character, if you've got a clan member stuck in inactivity - i.e. the Origin - you'll just have to move them along with you.))
