Jericho stared down at his popcorn with disappointment. It had so much promise. And yet, it tasted horrendous. How did humans eat this stuff? Letting out a sigh, he just got comfortable again until he felt something flick to his forehead. Turning, he saw Gabriel nearby, which caused the red's eyes to narrow.

He'd let that one slide.

This time.

When the previews started, he just watched with curiosity. Iron man.. huh. Well it had a lot of action, it looked like.

As they were herded into the theatre, Riyo eagerly tore open her box of fish candy with hopes that she may finally sample it, but the glasses distracted her. What were these for? What was this strange magic? Why did her vision suddenly feel weird?

Whatever. It was an easy assignment. The feline didn't fight the fact that she had to sit next to the two ******** during the movie. It seemed like fate. Cruel, cruel fate.

Finally, when things had calmed down and the humans had taken their seats directly in front, Riyo lifted a strangely textured fish candy out of the box, sniffed it, then shoved it into her mouth.

Her face turned from a sort of cheerful curiosity, to horror, to a devastating disappointment. Chewing slowed, until it eventually stopped. She looked down at the box, heartbroken. "Wow." Reluctantly, she swallowed. "I... Don't think I've ever been devastated by a food before." Cue pouting cat face. No fish flavor. Not even in the slightest. It was sand. All sand, all the time. Like getting your face shoved in a sandbox.

Riyo's attention was turned toward the screen, however, when a loud booming voice echoed through the room. Akubi's constant scoffs were met with an elbow to the ribs and a glare.

The next preview seemed like a comedy, though the name dropping was lost on the students. At least it wasn't another action film.. or was it..?

Molton liquid? Well, that didn't seem very appetizing at all; though who was she to say, she barely ate as it was let alone probably had the weakest taste buds in the whole group. But hot. Probably a big nope. Olivia looked between the two as they shuffled into the theater, with the added instance of Miss Selene.

Olivia found her seat, pretty much in between the two boils without realizing it was for the best - she just wanted to sit by both of them, but in the end there would have probably been horrible bloody battles if they were next to one another.

She was a little preoccupied with the handed out glasses, that she almost missed the first of the trailers that appeared on the screen. The lenses made everything look fuzzy, and she had to wonder what they were even for. Was horrible vision needed to watch their movie? How was that supposed to help in their observation (and it was then the remembered that this was a class after all and not just fun times). Well, at least that three got explained. Huh

- oh. Olivia looked at the offered box that Molan held out to her. She gingerly took one, not placing it into her mouth just yet as she held out one of her own boxes, "uh.. I don't know what these are. Scarlings it seems." They were Sour patch kids, and the box wasn't even open yet. (wow, she was sharing)

The second trailer began to play. But, it was at the same time Olivia popped the milk dud in her mouth. Oh wow, why was it so hard to chew? Oh wait, it got a little better. What was with the taste? Wait, why was she still chewing? What was this?

As the first trailer switched to a new one Molan could only stare and tilt his head. "That is why I don't visit the Firelands... they've got molten lava holes every other step."

There wasn't much use telling him this movie had nothing to do with the Firelands. It didn't matter.

“Liquid?!” Andrew jumped and almost dropped both tubes. Before realizing that it wasn’t touching him. He glanced inside wondering if the humans had poured lava on when he wasn’t looking… no, just something that looked like butter.

“Jack don’t scare me like that.” He mumbled irritable. He followed Molan and Olivia into the theater taking up residence next to Olivia and glanced back at Gabby and Efflo. He grinned, looked like the two were getting along well. Lovers it was. “Don’t kiss the whole time boils, this is still class.” Was that necessary? No. Was it fun to pick on the lovebirds? Yes.

He took a pair of glasses and stuck them behind… well where his horns would be not putting them on yet. Then he turned watching intently as Molan and Olivia sampled the candy, a small smile on his face at the reactions. “So how does it taste?” he asked afterwards. Olivia didn’t seemed to bothered by it.

Uru settles himself down Molan, slipping on his glasses and nonchalant. Now with the money out of his hands, he was more focused on the task at hand.

"That seems fun." he muttered under his breath, but given the rustling of the other students and his scarf, he wondered if they could even hear him. Apparently, the three of them were squabbling over something; was it the food? Food is never a bad thing. Was it who got to hold Olivia's hand? Well, that's really a matter of who sits where.

Uru was a big guy, so naturally his bulk would spillover to the person next to him. Oh well!

As Gabby and Sibyl settled back to watch the movie, Efflo did the same. At least he did until he felt the n** at his cheek.

"I can aim lower," he murmured back with a grin, turning to face to Gabriel. He blinked in surprised when he found the dragon waiting, his lips claimed in a kiss.

He was very grateful that the second preview seemed to be just as loud and attention-grabbing as the first. Hopefully Sibyl was paying attention to the movie, they were going to need to borrow her notes because Efflo had lost any intentions of staring at anything other than Gabby's piercing blue eyes.

A familiar voice rang out, chastising them. Shh, Andrew, this was all your and Thackery's fault. His real response, however, was to simply kiss his boilfriend more.

Taking a pair of glasses as well, Poke placed them on her eyes and blinked as her vision went wonky. "The jack is this?!" she exclaimed, sitting them on her head as she preferred being able to see. "Why are humans trying to make themselves blind? Weird..."

Her ears twitched at the sound of a very depressed Riyo, and she looked at the box of candy she was holding. "They're that bad? Let me try one."

As for the previews, she was also quick to yawn, already bored with the stuff that was being advertised. (though she did like the look of the robot one, there was plenty of cool fighting scenes.

The next trailer seemed post-apocalyptic. Always a cheery subject.

Some of that molten popcorn got tossed at Molan. "I live there and no there isn't that much lava." Andrew gurmbled.

Selene took the money that was returned to her, and then sat in a seat at the edge of a row, and periodically shushed the students. It never seemed to work.

Gabby's response to Andrew's comment was actually to glare at the boil, with a thinned, piercing gaze, as he was kissing Efflo. Bothering to stop was just not worth the effort. His glare literally dared Andrew to keep bothering and/or looking at them while they kissed, because Gabby didn't mind showing off.

But he'd get the boil back later. Eventually. Maybe. He couldn't remember what he was thinking just then.

Was there a movie playing?

Were there even other people around? Gabby had no idea.

She was still chewing. And she couldn't make much of a comment about the taste (haha, like she knew).

It was probably a good thing that Olivia missed most of the first two trailers, 'cause you know... with all the FIRE. (though, Molan and Andrew seemed to be making comments about it D: ) Oh wait, the third one did too. QQ!!!

And then she got hit with some popcorn in the face, intended purely for Molan. But being in the middle of the two and all.

Oh there was so much fire in all the trailers. Andrew grinned and watched intently as the fire rolled across the screen. He felt much better about his fear core now. Humans were very afraid of it it seemed and damn did it look cool.
