Ciri took their long in the other's stare long enough before being given a note. Taking a look at it she waved her hand at Taka. They had a nice little chit chat but places to be more business work to fulfill as her father said taking her journal she quickly opened it taking a few notes about the room. Heading out the door she also waved to the guard that escorted her here. It was time to venture around this village for a bit then hit the a cozy bed after all it had been some time since the girl slept.

After waiting for a bit, Zin assumed the wild cat lady was a bit busy. After all, you can't expect the top commander of the village to always be at your beck and call! This left Zin to wanting to instead take the time to saddle up and make moves towards establishing his puppet. He felt confident enough with his skills at a latent level, but he wouldn't be truly combat ready until he brings that puppet along with him.
Wiggling out of the seat, Zin would pat Nagi upon the head and hiss softly to his partner who'd uncoil himself and call the serpent prince onwards to the gates of the village. It was time to put what was tinkering within his mind into fruition.

Moku-clone Raichi would arrive at the Hokage's office, or outside of it, or whereever he needed to be at the time and await to get his slice of time. He would make sure to inform the receptionist if there was one or whatever that it was slightly urgent, not only for personal gain but for information for the Hoakge directly.

Ichiryu arrived at the office of the hokage to see if he could ask permission to be granted the title of chunnin. Hopefully his reasoning and explanation would help with that.

Taka peekd out from a chest in the room. She bored the presence of one genin, and her Clone was seemingly ignoring it. She sighed and climbed from the box, dusting herself off and stretching from her nap. Overall, she felt pretty good. She strode to the Clone and waved a hand in front of her face. It didn't budge. So she stabbed it in the throat with two of her fingers and ripped it's windpipe out. From the memories she gained, she noted that a specific polite genin has come and gone twice without even a glance at the boy. She immediately wrote out a requisition to have a crate of the boys favorite gummy candy to be delivered to his home, with an apology note. After sending that off to her supply group via email, she looked up at the ones patiently waiting. "What can I do for you? "

Raichi's Mokuton clone would clear it's throat and step forward when addressed after having born witness to the brutal display of selfmutilation on a technical level. "I am the clone of Umemiya Raichi, one of the Chuunin Exam participants as I'm sure you're aware of Kage-dono. I have come to inform you of my passing the exams as well as to ask if you had recieved the recommendation for promotion from the exam committie, and to also ask if you have already been informed of what took place at the exams. If not, then I will gladly go into detail as to what occured. The other Konohagakure examinee, my partner, Inuzuka Kisuke, also passed, but instead of returning home directly, he offered his services in escorting the wounded." While not entirely a lie in regards to Kisuke, it wasn't entirely the truth either.
Ichiryu witnessed a brutal event that just occurd. He wonders if this sort of thing happens in the Hokages office. Raichi was here for a recommendation for promotion the same as Ichiryu but with different reason. "Hokage-sama, I am basically here for the same reason, a recomendation for promotion for my coninous missions in assisting the hospitals. With chuunin, I would be able to perform surgery and increase my Eisienjutsu and even save the wounded that that was just mentioned. "
Chet was on a mission. A very important mission of utmost urgency. While the chunnin exams had been for the most part an extreme failure, Chet still thought it deserved a party to celebrate the efforts of everyone involved. And he wanted to get smashed. Chet ran past the security in the building by jumping over the guards. He didn't have any time to waste on formality. Chet would burst in the Hokage's office with his giant gourd strapped to his back, skull tattoo and overall stench of alcohol and other substances. "Miss Hokage!" Chet announced before he noticed the demonic entity known as Raichi in the room adressing her. "What the ********?" Chet asked calming down for a second to observe the demon. "What are you doin' here, Demon? Isn't hell that way?" Chet asked pointing down. He remembered then the reason as to why he bothered looking for the Hokage and switched back his attention to her. "Miss, Lord, Grand Master Hokage lady. I think that we need to liven up the mood in this village y'know? We gave it our all in the exams and it blew up in our faces. Now hear me out." Chet said before heading towards the window where he could see the village. "Give me the necessary funds and I can throw a party that Konoha has never seen! It's good for lots of reasons like uuuuh. Morale! Yeah yeah. Our morale is pretty low right now ask anyone." He said while brain desperately tried thinking of ways to make it seem like the party had any substantial value other than just wasting money. "Or you wouldn't even have to fund anything! Just give me your seal of approval so the cops don't beat the living s**t out of me like last time!"

Welp, straight back to work it seemed. The moment she woke up, the office was packed with people asking for s**t. She had to compose herself before speaking. "I will need the rundown on the uninvited guests. As for every single one of you, I intended to pass you all provided that you complete the exams, which you have. Be aware, now that the gloves are off you will have actual responsibilities to uphold, and I damn well expect it of each of you. Find a way to make things work. " She said.
She looked at chet while he spoke specificly. She managed even a slightly offended look on her face, as she was pretty much a demon at this point too. Then chet had his once in a blue moon spot of Brilliance that made her wheels start turning. "Your in charge of getting the alcohol. Make sure there's enough to put this entire village into a coma. That should be enough when im done inviting other villages. Not like you guys don't deserve some time off. People...we're throwing a party" she said, steepling her fingers with a feral grin plastered on her face.

When addressed the Mokuton clone of Raichi turned and gave a friendly wave accompanied with a mischevious grin towards Chet, having been aware of the previous interactions between his original and this man. there was no harm in continuing the fun now was there? Clone-Chi listened to the Hokage and awaited his turn to speak once more, which happened to be after the surprise agreement to a party which came with even further surprise that it would be open for the other villages as well. That should make things interesting, especially with their poor relations with some. The clone couldn't help but muse to himself the possibilities of something occurring that could result in some.. fun. Once he deemed it was clear for him to speak he continued where he left off before, "Yes M'am. The uninvited guests referred to themselves as Evergreen and are in direct association with the UHV. Them seem to desire a comeback, and thought it would be best to show this by assaulting the Exams. Aside from the cast and crew for the broadcasting and a few exam proctors, no examinees were neither harmed nor killed to my knowledge. So aside from ruining an event and sinking an island, I believe their entrance was.. lackluster. Oh, and it might be worthy to note, I think they might have some connection to monsters or beasts, because the island was assaulted by such and it seemed to be at their whim. For example, my exam location was attacked by these birds with massive wingspans and colorful tails that can possibly hypnotize whoever's vison that lingers."
Chet would start defending his idea even after the Hokage had clearly approved of the idea and assigned him a job until his brain finally processed the information. He stopped talking and blinked for a couple of seconds looking back at the other ninja in the room completely lost. Part of him thought it was some sort of suicide mission that he could tell his boys later. But by God it had worked. "Uh." Chet mumbled scratching his head. "Well. Uh." Chet put his hands on his hips and let out a nice breath of rancid air. "IT'S GONNA BE LIT!" Chet shouted before running backwards and back flipping out the window.
Ichiryu listened to the clone of Raichi. This years exams would have been really intertaining. An organization that interfered during the exams, Ichiryu is gonna talk to this guy later to know what he saw. Then Ichiryu listened to chet about his request. With some people being down about the exams and what transpired, the party would be present to boost moral. Chet was exciting happy that he got the thumbs up and the funding for the party that was going to go down. And Ichiryu agrees with him that this party is going to go lit."I'm going to treat the wounded at the hospital. Also, how many wounded from the attack Raichi?" He asked the clone of Raichi right before when he was going to leave to the hospital.
