And people not doing what obviously needs to be done is one of Bast's pet peeves. It's not like she's angry without a reason, though; she was forced to expend hundreds and hundreds of Chakra in the middle of the night, and hasn't had a meal since then. In addition, she's tired.

Short version: Bast's cranky and doesn't mind playing the bad-guy. XD

Also, I'm up to my eyeballs in work for Shinsua, so I can't RP too much. Had to do something that she would do, even if it's a stretch, to get her out of things while still getting people to work.

we had no flood description aside from (Evacuated.) or ext, we had no given sites of reconstruction or assignments to help. Several of us were told to train by the Kazekage. there are no flood descriptions on the buildings. Without knowing what is broke fixing is hard to bullshit.

Smashed buildings, destroyed lines, etc. etc.

Ergo listed in both the announcements and here what was destroyed and what was just waterlogged...

So it's actually semi-obvious

@ Winterwolf: Flood damage doesn't typically need to be outlined, so I left it to whatever people can think of. At any rate, flooding is pretty obvious, especially to the extent that it happened. Just claim missions from the Kage's Office mission board.

On the note of Mamoru telling people to train: Bast isn't happy with that, and I personally don't understand the reasoning behind it, although those two are unrelated. Seriously, who tells people to train in an emergency situation? That's just odd.

I definitely missed any listing of what was busted up. When was it posted? because I didn't look until James and everyone cam back to the village. I would have moved faster knowing that. building is a convenient excuse for more training post.
