The Gensokyo Diner does have some alcoholic beverages, but the choice is limited. It's more of an eating place.

um... jabbress. I know this may not be the best of times, jhal... *points at the wines* I am not familiar with the rivvil wine. If not now, could you perhaps at some point teach me a bit about these? Quortek had mentioned that Katana asked about my knowledge of wines in reference to me hosting at the Jade Dragon. I cannot simply keep recommending elven wine for everything sweatdrop
