"I thought you were sticking with magic? You've never been one to get into physical scraps." Kai said as he walked with his hands in his pockets.

((And now I'm going to go poof for a very long time. You can shake your fist at the three hour art class for stealing away the Zelly. It's bad enough on mondays, but wednesdays I have another class that comes before art, so yeah.))

"Whoever said might had to simply be physical?" Larai asked with an eyebrow raised.

((Woah, five hours between my post and yours. Feeling a bit of block there?))

Kai just rolled his eyes. There was a minor bit of miscommunication in what he meant and what Larai thought he meant in response, but the author of this post just barely settled down with her internet after class and was feeling particularly lazy and didn't feel like explaining said miscommunication as he brain had yet to get out of 'pay attention to crap and work, dammit' mode. What fourth wall?

 

[M3Gnificent]

{Yeah, sort of.}

"Well, let's go see mom and dad. I'm pretty sure they'd be overjoyed to see you again - especially mom."

 

[Zelly-fangirl]

"Oh gods, I'm gonna get glomped as soon as I walk in the door, aren't I?" Kai groane.

((*timidly pats head for fear of second new hairstyle*))

{Don't worry, I'm sticking with this one. XD}

"Why is that such a problem? There's nothing wrong with loving your parents." Larai replied with a chuckle.

((You say this now...))

"Mom just gets so emotional way to easily." Kai grumbled.

"She has her reasons. I think it's plenty fair that she gets a little more emotional than usual for us, considering how long it took them to have us - which, from what I hear, is not from lack of trying." Larai replied to Kai with a small shrug, now approaching the door.

 

[Zelly-fangirl]

"Why they felt the need to tell us that at all is beyond me." Kai said pausing outside the door for a moment. "I don't know about you, but I could have gone my whole life without the details of mom and dad's sex life."

 

[M3Gnificent]

"You and I both. We had to eventually find out why we always had such early bedtimes, though." Larai said with a soft sigh, biting her lip as she now opened the door and headed inside.

 

[Zelly-fangirl]

"I hope grandma doesn't need her den anymore. The temple kinda collapsed and blocked it off." Kai said casually as he followed Larai inside. "On the plus side, it's not like anyone cares about Atius anymore anyway."

 

[M3Gnificent]

"That's true." Larai muttured softly in agreement, leading Kai into the room in which Mala and Van were currently at. "Guess what the metaphorical cat dragged in. And no, it isn't a dead bird."

 

[Zelly-fangirl]

"What happened to running amok in Cicipelli?" Van asked as he grinned at his son.

"Yeeeahhh, I kinda had to leave town after I may have swindled the local sheriff's wife. I didn't know who she was at the time, and then the guy of course took it personally and beefed up the town security by a lot." Kai said awkwardly, as it certainly one of his finer sprees.

Larai chuckled, sitting on the couch beside her parents now. "Not a scratch from that? Really?"

 

[Zelly-fangirl]

"We're talking about a bunch of local guards here. I think we can all agree I've had enough practice to avoid getting caught by a bunch of chumps like them." Kai said easily.

((I'm debating about having Kai realize Mala's pregnancy by going "Did mom put on weight?" XDD))
