Mew... has it ever been seen?" "yes, but not by people who were looking for it" Morter said darkly "S-so, if I stopped looking for it, i'd find it?" "Haha, I don't think it works that way." Miso said, laughing. "It'll still know you're thinking about it." "No good has come from looking for legendarys... I should know" Morter said in a raspy tone "Have you looked for them as well, Morter?" Miso asked. She sighed. She too, had been looking for a legendary Pokemon.

((Luke your pokemon don't have that much space to work with. Keep in mind the size of the car you are battling in and the types of techniques you are using. Also keep in mind that there are passengers to watch out for. Just a few tips to help.)) As the trainers' flying pokemon took the the skies the damage ahead became quite clear. An entire section of the bridge was simply... gone.
Twisted pieces of steel were sticking out at odd angles and still shone red from the intense heat. The track itself had forked in opposite directions while remnant shards of wood burned away and fell into the deep ravine over one hundred feet below.
Suddenly from the east shrieks could be heard carrying across the night wind. Wings beat furiously to keep the small grey pokemon aloft. The tight formation of Golbat and Zubat steadily moved into position to intercept Star and Noctowl.

Noctowl saw the Zubat and Golbat coming from a mile away. He shrugged off his carefree demeanor and immediately adapted a serious one. "Keep a look out Star. Incoming enemies," he said. The owl immediately started to prepare himself for the upcoming fight.

Star noticed the bats as well, "No really?" he said with a sarcastic scwack, "Come on let's do this, and judging by the bats it's obviously Team Rocket who's behind this..." he said before releasing his power wing attack.
Missy ears perked at Star's comment, It's team rocket! she called into everyone's mind.
Lilly sighed, "Why am I not surprised..." suddenly a tought hit her. Jace the the book! she mouthed, staring at him with a worried expression. If team rocket was attacking on a full scale like this again it was probably for the book.

Noctowl glanced at the Staraptor eerily. "Sarcasm will get you nowhere," he said. Noctowl arced his wings to the right and went to the side of the Golbat and Zubat. The owl then used Arial Ace on the bat Pokemon, using a bit of his psychic power to knock the falling Pokemon out of the train's path. Noctowl then dove up into the air and used Confusion. More of the bats fell out of the train's path. "Do not harm them," he said.

The two Golbat in the group faked left when Noctowl camestreaming thier way. Each one split off from the group, soaring out to the side and back in again on the psychic bird's flank. Simultaniously the remaining zubat launched shrieks of confusing waves from thier mouths as did the incoming Golbat. From both sides Noctowl was assaulted by the shrill unsettling cries of the sonar pokemon.

Jake returned his two pokemon and looked around " Darn it they must've escaped I'll go to the front of the train everyone is probably there." Jake went to the front of the train when he entered he said " Hey guys how every thing going." Jake said happily.

Star just rolled his eyes. Seeing Noctowl being assulted, Star used quick attack in attempts to help the owl break free and attack them, using wing attack , he sent the fainted bats away from the train.

Noctowl flinched as the attacks came at him. The owl used Arial Ace straight down, getting out of the deadly ring. Noctowl still felt the ringing in his head and he was barely able to pull upwards before he hit the ground. Noctow flew upwards with great speed. The owl flanked the Golbat and used Confusion on the bats.

The fragile bats couldn't stand up to the trained areal assaults from Noctowl and Star. Each Zubat fell away in turn, landing safely in the brush along the tracks.
One Golbat faught to stay airborn though and when it tucked in its wings, the sharp toothed devil swooped in for a vicious bite on Star's backside. Golbat sunk its syringe-like fangs behind the large bird's wing joint and though it was only a few drops, the venom would soon do its job.

Noctowl saw the Golbat bite into Star. With a ferocious glint in his eyes, the owl flew towards the poisonous bat. He then tucked his wings in and headbutted the creature. The nocturnal Pokemon flew backwards after hitting the Golbat, using the flip to absorb the blunt of the blow. Noctowl looked at Star nervously. (Get Blaine ready, the rockets are coming XP)

MAchop gave one last yank to the lever controling the brakes. The metal shaft bent under the power behind machop's great strengthto the point where the metal buckled and snapped. "Machop!" the startled pokemon cried.
Blaine and Raskal both swung thier heads and saw the trouble they were all now in. The old gym leader slapped a hand up over his face. "This old pile of rust!" he grumbled. "Its all up to those psychics now..."
