((I have once again put off making my rp. Me buying Little Big Planet 2 today doesn't help matters. XD Tomorrow, I will force myself to do it while my mom takes over the tv for the superbowl. The Zelly needs food now.))

Van just smiled. "I may be a powerless god, but at least I've still got you. The twins showing up was definitely a well-timed distraction."

{Don't worry, we all do things like that every now and then. XD My mom really wants Little Big Planet, but I've been dying for Dragon Age 2.}

"I think so too. It's good to see you with a smile on your face instead of just that pouty puppydog look you've kept for the past few months." Mala replied, teasing Van just a little.

((No. Go buy LBP. Nao. DOOOO EEEEEEET. O.O It is all kinds of fun. And we could even play together if you can hook up to the internets! =D ))

"Do you have a problem with my puppydog pout?" Van said jokingly as he made the pout in question.

{But I don't have a PS3. And I like Dragon Age better anyway.}

"Whatever gave you that fool notion?" Mala replied. "I just think a smile suits you better."

((Then problem solved. LBP isn't on xbox. XD))

"Well now you're just stealing my lines." Van joked.

{My mom plans on getting one just for LBP. Still, I honestly have no interest in it. I'm more of an RPG gamer.}

"So? Are you going to stop me?" Mala joked back.

((So am I, but LBP's gameplay is just so gosh darn fun. I'm also a sucker for character customization/dress up, which you can do. I admit, it's a short game, story-wise, but you've also got the butt-load of people-made levels online. 10k says that if you get it and play it, you'll love it almost instantly.))

"Mmm, nah. We shouldn't bicker in front of the baby after all." Van said with a smile.

"That's true. We don't want our precious bundle of joy getting the wrong idea." Mala agreed.

((Yaay~! We could be sackbuddies! ^.^ ))

"Time for wine then? As weak as possible for said bundle of joy of course." Van said, glancing up out the window at the darkening sky.

"Yes, let's have a little bit of wine." Mala suggested, kissing Van on the cheek.

Van returned the kiss before getting up to pour them a pair of small glasses, wondering if Kai and Larai would sniff it out hoping to get drunk.

Larai did, in fact, come down stairs after finishing her book - if only to see how her parents were faring.

"This is the only taste of wine you'll be having for a very long time, so you might as well savor it." Van joked, talking to the baby as he handed Mala a wine glass filled ever so slightly with white wine as he settled back down next to her as Larai came down.

When Larai came down and saw her parents with wine, she immediately assumed something was abot to happen. She asked, "Should I head back upstairs until you're finished?"

"I don't know what talking about. If we had anything in mind, do you really think we'd be doing it in a room with no doors to lock?" Van said looking up at Larai as he sat with an arm around Mala's shoulders. "Besides, there's nothing wrong with a nice, cheery drink in good spirits that our children have actually come to visit for once some hundred years after they left."
