Condemned Memoir Sorry for the wait and thank you for your patience. Lets see, first off you need an additional fear as we need a minimum of two. Your inventory can hold up to 15 of any projectile you only have 10. Wire is not a projectile and is available in the shops please remove. Also we recently are adding that members can gain up to 10 free ninjutsu slots via personal attribute. If you'd like to change your attribute to go along with that do so now ^^ and for future refrence make sure to quote your bloodline approval thanks~

Personal Attribute:
• Shinobi Gunslinger Part 1: Allows the creation of a specific "Custom Basic Weapon."[This just means it's not complex, and she starts with it.] The weapon is a set of Pistols, Twin Pistols to be exact.[To be more exact, they are simply shaped like this, they are not actually pistols.] They do not fire any normal form of projectile at all. Lissana is also not allowed to use anything other than Ninjutsu because of this. [No Summoning, No Fuuinjutsu, ONLY Ninjutsu.] She also is unable to use any other form of weapon. [Meaning if you put a sword in her hand, she'd flail it wildly and hit nothing.]
• Shinobi Gunslinger Part 2: Allows Lissana to channel the jutsu she uses through these Twin Pistols that she has. Because of this she is unable to use clone techniques, transformation techniques, substitution techniques, acceleration techniques. [Basically, anything she can't channel through the guns she can't learn or use at all.]
• Shinobi Gunslinger Part 3: Lissana does not need to use handseals when she is using jutsu through the Twin Pistols, and uses them within one to two seconds. Because of this, Lissana is unable to use jutsu in any other way, other than channeling it through the Twin Pistols.
• Shinobi Gunslinger Part 4: Allows Lissana to learn Ninjutsu that are usually fired off as projectiles two posts faster [ie. Fireball Jutsu], but learn jutsu that are considered melee jutsu one post slower [ie. Flaming Palm Technique]

Lissana was raised under extremely harsh circumstances due to something about her chakra. A family full of shinobi, including herself, and yet she was unable to utilize her chakra or learn how to use a usual shinobi weapon properly. Because of this her whole clan looked down upon her, even her own parents, with the exception of a single person, her uncle. Eventually, her parents disowned her, and her clan head banished her. Her uncle stood up for her, and he as well was banished. They left, and were on their own, her uncle eventually managed to locate special stones that weren't before seen. Being a blacksmith he forged these stones into a pair of what looked to be kunai launcher without barrels for kunai to be fired from. He gave them to Lissana and told her to try using jutsu her chakra. She managed to do exactly that, and fire chakra from the guns. Her and her uncle took her up to the mountains to train her. But her troubles did not stop there either, it took her a long time to get through the academy, because of her special condition of being unable to learn normally, she never was able to learn the jutsu that were needed to pass the academy. She finally managed to get special permission and passed though. |
