RAZZLEFRAZZLE!! ||Rage and Agitation|| Frigging sick of my school.
Okay, at second break today, I am walking past the library, and then some Grade 9er named Matthew Carr grabs me and tells me to leave the area and he was basically threatening me. I tell him that as a Grade 12, I don't have to take s**t or threats from him. Then his friend Georgina comes over and starts slapping me across the face rapidly, and she is a Grade 9 girl. I get pissed, I grab her arms and push her off me. What I didn't take into account was that she was lighter than me or that I was probably stronger than me. She ended up hitting the wall of the garden.
Everyone is looking at me like I am some kind of bad guy when I am the victim.
I fill out an incident report, and then I go back to hanging out with my friends, and then the boyfriend of the sister of the girl comes over and says that if Georgina's arm is broken, her family will be able to take me to court and I will lose because Georgina is a girl. And I get pissed because he is bullshiting and I make it clear to him that the fact she is a girl means jack s**t considering that she attacked me first, I was acting in self defense and did not use too much force. A push is not stronger than a 100 slaps across the face for no reason.
And he is still standing by his statement. Later, after I meet up with my mom to go home, I tell her about it, and what Brad had said (the boyfriend of the girl's sister), and my mother agrees with me in that the fact she was a girl means nothing because it would be sexist towards me, and that the fact she assaulted me first would screw her over.
My mother knows a lot about the law considering she and my father were in the army and worked as prison officers as well. So yeah, if I get into massive trouble regardless of me being the victim and them being the attackers (and them not getting in trouble), my mother will be worse then Chernobyl.
Honestly, what is the point of a damned anti-bullying policy when you damn the victim and not the bully?! This is the second incident in a week and nothing is being done about it. D:<
