A De-Make is when someone takes a modern game, and converts it to a old fashioned counterpart. In my case, I'll being playing Left 4 Dead: De-Make. They took the Left 4 Dead campaigns, and converted them to a game which could have been on the regular Nintendo.
Now that they've got that Fullbring stuff, Haku?

Not only that, but since there is basically nothing that regulates what human powers can be, it's a mess. With the other races you have an idea of what abilities they should have. Like if there is a character who is a Bount, you know not to let them have a reishi bazooka or something.

Alight but where would you post them for approval and yes you can make them but you cant use them

No where.
You'd have to store it in the workbox until a contest.
As I said, though, I may decide to place it in regardless.
There are sometimes where an additional bloodline is just needed.
