Tsurugi smirked and looked at Kay. "Kay, have I ever told you how smart you can be?" he said as he pulled out his laptop and started typing quickly. He stopped and leaned backwards, letting his head hang upside down. "It's because you're in love, Veemon." He said with an evil grin as he flipped his head back up and continued typing.
Nekome froze in shock for a moment, then relaxed and curled up like a cat on the pillow. Her cheeks were dark red, and she tried to bury her face in her paws.

Veemon is glad that he is partially upside-down from his landing so his red cheeks can be mistaken for the blood rushing to his head. He pretends to scoff and says, "Me? Veemon? In love? C'mon, I thought you knew me better than that, Tsurugi. Even ashk Kay, I'm the lasht pershon (besides Sora) who would fall in love."
"Ehh, it's possible..." Kay says, sending Veemon to a limp stage where he falls off the bed. She then looks to Tsurugi and says, "Wait, my idea was a good one? Sweet!" She takes her laptop from her bag and types a little note to self about the idea. "I like keeping track of the rare times I get genuinely good ideas..."

Tsurugi sweatdropped. "Anyways, we should travel to Network City. Since we should travel the desert at night, we should sleep now." he said, grabbing his pajamas and started to change.
Nekome opened an eye and kicked Tsurugi. "Tsurugi, you baka!! You're changing in front of us!!" she kicked him into the bathroom and shut the door. She shook her head and laid back on her pillow.

Kay had quickly shut her eyes when Tsurugi started changing in the room, and felt herself blushing. But before she knows what she's saying, Kay whines and says, "But I wanted to see him with his shirt off..."
This time it's Veemon's turn to hit Kay over the head, while he yells, "Pervert! How can you live with yourshelf?"
Kay merely shrugs with her face burning even brighter red.

Tsurugi walked out of the bathroom, in dark blue pajama pants and matching button up shirt. "Okay I'm all done. Kay, you can go ahead and change if you need to." he said as he sat on the bed.
Nekome smirked. "Yeah, Kay, I'm pretty sure Tsurugi would love to see you without your shirt on, either." she said, looking over at Tsurugi.
Tsurugi spluttered and held his nose, a small trickle of blood pouring out. His cheeks were flushed as he ran back into the bathroom and shut the door.
Nekome rolled her eyes. "That, everyone, is the Pervertus Teenagus, also known as the hormone addled teen. He can be usually seen looking for girls."

Kay blushes even brighter and buries her head in her arms which, as she's sitting, are around her knees.
"Wow... You got them pretty good!" Veemon says, laughing his head off.

Tsurugi came back out, his nose clean from any blood. "And yet this is coming from the psycho digimon who constatly watches a certain Veemon where ever he goes." he said, leaving Nekome blushing immensly. "And as for that certain Veemon, I caught you giving glances over to a certain Terriermon, now Gatomon, lovingly." he finished, hopping on the bed with a smile.

Kay, still blushing from a few seconds ago, quietly gets her pajamas and goes to change in the bathroom.
Veemon mearly smirks and says, "You got proof to back up that bold shtatement, perv-boy?"

"Yeah, actually I do. Or did you forget when you punched me for making fun of her? Let's go for a walk to the baths Veemon. We need to talk." Tsurugi said, grabbing a towel from the wall and walking to the door.

Veemon sighs and says, "Ok, I'll come along. And you got me there. I guessh I did act a little rash when she was involved." The farther he goes, the redder his face gets, but he barely notices. He calmly follows Tsurugi.
Kay comes out of the bathroom with a pair of pink fuzzy pajama pants and a matching shirt on and says, "Alright, you guys go and have a good time. Nekome and I'll wait right here." Then she thinks for a second, and says, "On second thought, I feel the need to wash up myself. So if you guys come back and don't see me, it means I'm in the female baths."

Nekome nodded and stood next to Kay. "I'll go with her. Be good, you two!" she said as Tsurugi walked out.
Tsurugi whispered, "So, you like my darling Nekome, ne?" he grinned, an evil thought entering his mind.

Veemon's cheeks turn a smidgen more pink as he says, "Maybe..."
After Tsurugi leaves, Kay grabs a towel from in the bathroom and says, "Alright, Nekome. I'm going to the baths now. If you wanna come too, it's fine. If not, that's fine too. I just need to wash..."

Nekome smiled and nodded. "Hey Kay, how...how do you tell a boy you like him?" she asked blushing as she grabbed a towel.
Tsurugi smiled. "Listen Veemon, why do you try to hide it? It's obvious you're both smitten by each other, yet you act like you aren't...Just tell her. And I approve of you dating her." he said in a joking manner, like he was Nekome's father.

Kay smiles at Nekome as they start walking out the door. "Really, I can't remember. I just said it last time and hoped for the best. Well, that was my plan, but he sorta kissed me first..." She says.
"I have your permission? You approve?" Veemon says, trying to avoid the main subject.

Nekome looked down flustered, not wanting to look at Kay. She mumbled something, her face getting redder.
Tsurugi started laughing. "Yes, you have my permission." he said, pinching Veemon's cheek. "Just confess to her, and, trust me, she'll make you happy." He opened the door to the changing room and took off his clothes and got into the baths, towel wrapped around his waist.
