Damien walked and studied the map, he wanted to be able to remember the locations in Takumi that they needed. He knew that this mission was going to show the Raikage that he was more then capable of a mission like this. The objective of the mission was clouded, but he was excited. He walked up following Yukari closely, he also studied her as well. ' Shes a Buki User... telling her her hands. Shes going to be a formidable oppnent if it came down to it. ' He made sure that he studied everyone for his own safety. Damien looked at Daitomi and he remembered what she had said about her name. It was something that he was going to take seriously... he had a knack for pissing people off with his honesty but this was going to be different " Dai-Sensei... whats the mission in the first place? " He looked at her and didn't really get a chance to study her, he was unsure; he was ususally able to peg someone but... she was different. He took a mental inventory and carried a few extras...

Dai smiled at the reading Yuka. ...must be a bloodline thing to always have a book up to our nose... Dai closed her eyes in returning the smile to the young girl. Dai turned her sights on Damien knowing he was staring at her. She nodded when he asked about the mission. "We're simply to retrieve any, if at all, any type of information about how to get to a village know as Giman. And then we return straight home and report our findings to Lady Kage." She waved it off. "A simple C-rank mission to start you guys out with." She tilted her head slightly. "After we're finished with the hoity-toyty business with Lady kage, We'll go get some training in." Dai spoke calmly. Her eye shifted a bit and giggled at Damien as she noticed he was focusing intently on her. "If you focus on me too hard, you might give yourself a headache." She jokingly poked at him.

Damien looked at Daitomi and smirked " I just like to know with whom i surround myself, no offense... people say they have your back long enough to stab you in it. " Damien noticed large lillies in the distance and knew exactly what they were, he went and picked some and sat down across from Daitomi. They were Angel Trumpets... some of the most stunning flowers but also the most poisonous. He pulled out a mortar and pestle from his bag and put the flowers in it, this was going to be dangerous if he inhaled them... or even touched them. He reached in his bag and grabbed gloves, as a medical nin these were things that he kept on him at all times. He started to grind down the flowers and the pods, this was going to be a shock for someone that encountered these. He put his finger in the odd paste and looked at the consistency, it was perfect...he needed to test it when he got the chance.

Damien keeps a vial of Datura (( Angels Trumpet) seeds, following a small string of handsigns; Damien spits these powered seeds at the opponent. Angel Trumpet seeds are widely known for being extremely dangerous, the effects are dangerous which include: • anticholinergic delirium - Complete inability to differentiate reality from fantasy • severe mydriasis - Dilated pupils resultant painful photophobia that can last several days. • Healing Requires: B-Ranked Medical Jutsu and observation. • The duration of the poison is until a capable nin can be found. • the poison begins it's course in 2 posts giving the opponent time to seek treatment
Boom, crackle, fizzle, speeeewuiu. Lots of warring noises, the distant flashes of mortars crackling. Many specks in the sky could be seen as the group neared the border to the Wind Country. Something terrible was happening, alright.

Damien looked off into the distance and he was torn; continue waiting here or help his fellow shinobi in the Wind Country. He looked at his sensei and thought about it for a moment before he decided to move his body towards the Wind Country " Dai-Sensei, we have to do something. We can't just sit here while they are pummeled into the ground. " Damien started to increase in speed from an invigorated walk to a jog to a full sprint, he wanted to be there for the Sand Village and the other shinobi of the Nations. He didn't know if they were allies or not... he was going to do something.

Dai understand what Damien meant by liking to know whom he surrounded himself with. She herself was starting to be careful about those that she concerned herself with. The Jounin would then look over as Damien took notice of the flowers near them. She watched him with care. She had learned about the flowers he so delicately plucked, from Sukai. Which caused Dai to remember her dear friend that all a sudden went missing. The Jounin would sigh solemnly. She looked at Damien while he concerned himself with the sample he gathered. Her pupil flexed and Dai studied his chakra and traces of abilities. ...medic...genjutsu...only Ninjutsu - Raiton...
Dai's hairs stood when then sounds of attacks sounded in the far distance. She turned and stared at the direction, Sand. Dai jerked her face toward Damien. Now he was jogging to the cross road to Sand. The Jounin flashed throw hand signs and her body vanished quickly in a waterfall of paper before quickly reappearing in front of Damien. Her face of stern and hard as she stared at the boy. "We have our orders, Damien." She pointed back to the cross road to Takumi. "There's nothing we can do for Sand." Even if there was, two newly genin wouldn't stand up against HVU. "We're going to Takumi once Raiju gets here." Following orders made Dai seem heartless. But she could never forget the last time she broke rules to do what she wanted.
"I'm sorry, Damien. We can't help them." Dai placed a hand on his shoulder before moving back to Yuka.

Damien turned and looked at her, he was confused " What are you talking about? Aren't they allies? " He continued to hear the booms and sizzles from the distance. He just continued to look at her, his 'too cool' facade was starting to melt and he just simply stood there. He needed to do something then, he needed to get him mind off the possible firestorm that was happening in the distance " Fine... "

Dai closed her eye as the sounds continued. Even the sounds made her body hurt from when they sounded in Kumo. Dai cringed a bit. "They are friends...Damien. But not allies." She opened her eye but didn't look at her students. "If we rush there, there is no insuring that you and Yuka will be able to with hold against the attackers." She shoved her hands into the pockets of her. "You both are new to this life style." She sighed through her nose. "Don't go against orders...." She spoke before her fingers brushed the lining of her jacket above the spot she covered her largest scar. "...I know better then anyone what happens when you go against orders." She whispered.
Dai quickly turned to her students and raised her hand up. She gave a soft blow of air to her finger tips. Several small pieces of paper pulled away and quickly formed origami butterflies. "We'll be heading to Takumi. I'll leave these for Raiju. They'll lead him to us." The butterflies fluttered about and Dai jerked her head to the side. "Come on, you two. We've lost valuable daylight."
Dai lead the way down the path, looking back now and then to make sure the two were following.

Yuka looked up a few times at the sounds and flashes coming from the distant. All sorts of thought's could go on for days wondering what was going on in that direction. " War... maybe that is too much noise for a simple one..' She stood still just watching the sky but snapped out of it overhearing the chit chat Damien and Dai had. Yuka remained quite taking in each point layed out. It wasn't part of their mission but the sand village had been friends not allies. A deep sigh would escape the teen's lips.
It was upsetting to hear they could nothing but Dai was right they would most likely be in the way. Watching Dai make origami butterflies took her mind off was going on. Yuka would walk slowly past them then stopped next to Damien placing her book away. She would pat him on the shoulder. " We can help some other time." She said with a caring smile and walked away trying to catch up to Dai.

Dai reached the crossroads and stood at the path that lead home. She quietly waited for her students to reach her before pressing home. Raiju had missed the whole mission. She wonder what kept her student from joining them on their first mission. Dai tapped her check with her finger as she thought of ways that he could make it up. Not wanting to leave behind one of her own.
