It figured that Kyo would upset Higure, the poor boy was so shy. Although before she could say anything, she had to make sure the male would not do anything to her son as she reached to touch him. When Kyo touched his cheek, it seemed to be a green light for Shin to touch the other back. So he reached out and grabbed a lock of Kyo's red hair. His motor skills were good enough at this point to reach for what he wanted, and when his fingers gripped into a fist, the infant had a pretty strong grip. He giggled and tugged lightly on Kyo's hair, happy since it was like when he tugged on his mother's own hair.
Sighing softly, Suzume gently coaxed her son to let go as she said "Stop calling Higure names. And they are not the same thing Kyo. You can't pick babies up by the scruff of the neck or play roughly with them." Standing up, Suzume moved over to Higure and sat down next to him, patting the poor boy's shoulder as she said "Try not to get upset Higure. Kyo... well, he really doesn't think at all when he says things. He has no proper social skills and its better if you just ignore him."
Yawning softly, Cloud moved to lie down and rest his head on his front legs as he said "I guess thats good. I haven't been able to go out at night or do my own thing during the day too much since Suzume gt pregnant and had Shin'ichi. He's a good pup though, easy enough to keep an eye on."

After Suzume pretty much explained Kyo was a idiot he stuck his tounge at her."Human babies are easier than our puppies. Maybe one day I'll go find myself a nice lady and get some puppies of my own."Shi did wish to have puppies one day with a nice female dog but they were hard to find. Other than no female dog wanted to deal with Kyo.
It seemed that Higure did not want to talk at the moment. That was fine, so long as she got him to stop crying and to make sure he didn't take Kyo's brash words too seriously. Kyo just rolled his eyes, Suzume was no fun and neither was Higure so he stood up, walking over to Higure by his little wall to grab the front of his shirt to lift him up."Come on crybaby, spar with me and stop crying."He didn't lift Higure in to the air but more like to uncurl him and get him to look at Kyo's face.

Kazumi was scrambling to pick up the wood now, knowing well that her face felt like it was on fire. Her arms full of the larger splinters, she pulled them tightly to her chest and leaned up on her knees just in time to smile as she watched Viktor begin to punch the dummy. Nothing about the strike happened as Kazumi thought it would, watching the wooden object fly across the room but wind up intact as she stared at it with her jaw open. It was improbable...no....it was impossible...right? Had she just...What had just happened? She still looked up to Viktor as the man who knew taijutsu far more than she or Higure, but she had somehow outdone the damage.
She just sat there on the floor on her knees, stunned. Even she was beginning to wonder why it felt like she had been thrown into a hot spring for hours on end as Viktor looked at her and mumbled. Her bloodline was the only reason why she wasn't sweating at all, the Shinsetsu finally regaining control enough to say in a somewhat nervous voice, "Practice makes perfect? I swear, not even I know I could do that...I just punched twice, and well, on that last one I..." Her voice trailed off, barely catching herself as she realized she had nearly told Viktor that she had wanted to impress him. Moments passed with Kazumi saying nothing past that.
Wanryoku's call was Kazumi's savior from her embarrassing position, Kazumi rushing to her feet with what grace she could muster and throwing the wood away in the nearest bin. Not a whole lot sounded better to the 'overheated' Shinsetsu than a large soda drink with ice with her new friends as she turned to Wanryoku. "Yes, of course, be right there!" She folded her hands in front of her shirt politely and turned back to Viktor with a friendly smile and a blush, "Come with us for drinks, you should perfect your punch later. I could use a good smoothie myself...but I'll probably get what Wanryoku suggests. I bet he knows of some awesome tasting foreign drinks." With that, she led Viktor out of the room only to witness the spectacle that they witnessed.
The air around her nearly turned to frost, her aura far more concentrated and the heat surrounding all of them sapped quickly as she stared at her brother being lifted up by the front of the shirt. The fact that he was surrounded by strangers didn't make any of it better at all as she walked up beside her brother and stood there. Her eyes darted between the strangers, Higure, and the hand that held her brother tight. It wouldn't be long before she couldn't tolerate the sight of her brother being grasped, trying her hardest not to assume the worst, that these people may be bullying her brother. Her voice was laced with concern, caution, and a hint of suspicion. "Hello, brother. Is this man giving you trouble?" She looked directly at the man and tilted her head slightly as she waited for a response and casually mentioned her name, "Kazumi Shinsetsu."
Viktor shrugs, "well, it sounds to me like you've had more practice with this than me. Besides, my ability with medical techniques probably pales in comparison to you Kazumi," he says, then follows after her without a word as she approaches people who seem to be her friends. If the look on her face meant what he thought it did though, she didn't know the one currently holding her brother up by the shirt. Viktor sighs, and quietly mumbles, "let the kid take care of himself. He'll have to grow up someday." Yawning a bit, he leans against the wall a good couple yards away from everyone else. The only people he knew here were Kazumi and Higure, and he barely knew them. Viktor being Viktor, he didn't exactly feel comfortable around all these people. Crossing his arms, he does what he does best. Watch everyone else as they go about their business.
Really? Now Kyo saw fit to bully Higure even further? Another sigh left Suzume, standing up and ready to speak when two other people had entered the area. She heard them before seeing them and soon the one girl that had been pointed out to her before approached Higure and Kyo. Higure and Kazumi shared the last name, and obviously family relationship. Then there was the male that had entered as well, but he was currently doing nothing to put himself into the situation.
"Kyo, please release Higure. I'm sure a jounin has better things to do than pushing around genin and challenging them to spars." It really did seem unfair, why would he challenge a genin when clearly Kyo would be stronger, faster, and more experienced in fighting than Higure.

A jounin? So this is a jounin challenging a ten year old genin? What a pathetic bully. These were Viktor's thoughts as he moves from his spot against the wall to stand next to the red haired girl who Higure seemed to have befriended, if her words were anything to go by. "So a jounin is really challenging a genin to a spar? How pathetic. You're nothing but a bully, Viktor's words are filled with spite, and obvious hatred. IF there was anything he couldn't stand, it was a bully. Even if this bully was a jounin, Viktor would step in if things got out of hand and he continued to pick on the poor boy. Kyo was ready to fight but once a rather...small breasted women came up to them with another man, he seemed distracted by them and Suzume, a arm flew through the air to aim for Kyo to stammer but none could best the village's best Taijustu shinobi! Kyo blocked the shot easily since he knew the style called Sazanami, he was quite use to the style actually so once he blocked it, he swung at Higure's nose to punch it and turn back to Suzume."A jounin does have better stuff to do like missions, wanna go on some Suzume? We can get this guys some experience too! My next goal is Konin rank or even a captain."Kyo smiled, Shi walked over on his four paws to Higure, licking his face or hand gently to say 'sorry' because Kyo didn't know his own strength and was too eager to fight sometimes.

Figures. He is a genin after all. No way that punch would have landed At the same time that the jounin would decide to punch Higure, Viktor would step in. Standing behind the man as he was, that wasn't hard at all. Just as the man sends a fist at Higure's face, Viktor fills the palm of his hand with chakra and strikes him in the back. The chakra in his hand would cause his palm to vibrate, and this would have the effect of basically screwing with the jounin's chakra. This would result in his vision going blurry and his muscles painfully contracting, thus making his punch lose much of its power at the very least. Was everything he was doing incredibly stupid? Yes, it was. Did Viktor care? No, he didn't. The strong who prey on the weak all deserved to die, and even if Viktor couldn't kill him - hell, he wouldn't if he could. The man was still a Kumogakure shinobi - he would at the very least do what he could to stop him from doing so. The odds of this hitting was very high anyways. the man's attention was too much on Higure and Kazumi for him to pay enough attention to dodge or block his attack.
-----ωell, evidently things were escalating fast. The red hair of the newcomer gave away his arrogance before he even opened his mouth, and it quickly proceeded to him harassing the white haired boy. Kazumi had apparently heard Wanryoku's shout and dragged someone else with her, but stopped at the sight I'd seen a moment before. -----The jounin--a tamer, by the dog with him--picked the small kid up by his collar. The kid threw a punch, which was blocked, and so did the boy Kazumi brought with her, to hit him from behind. So a fight was going to break out? -----I probably shouldn't let myself get involved, but in situations like this, I couldn't help it. I wasn't just going to stand around while some little kid got bullied. The tamer was maybe three or four inches taller than me, tiny compared to Kazumi's friend who attacked from behind, and maybe a couple years older than I was. Pulling the bokken from my bag again, I dropped my pack and headed forward. -----Lunging forward, I aimed a quick hit at the jounin's wrist, looking to 'disarm' him--to force him to let go of the kid. He could let go of the kid preemptively to avoid the stinging blow or he could get hit with it. Judging by the blow coming from behind him, though, he might get hit anyway. "Let go of him and piss off." -----I was calm for the moment, but a wrong move and I knew I would be set off.

This was really getting out of hand, did Kyo really not know better than to bully genin? It was surprising that Higure through the first blow but now the guy that had previously decided not to get involved, got involved. This was just escalating, with yet another person being involved and Suzume knew she had to intervene. "Enough." she said, loudly enough for all to hear as she moved towards the group. She'd keep a distance incase Kyo decided to attack the other genin, not wanting Shin to be harmed. But when she had her chance, she would reach out in an attempt to grab Kyo by the ear, much as a mother would reprimand a child. "Kyo. You are a jounin and a shinobi of Kumogakure, you will act in a more appropriate manner and stop harassing these genin. You will also apologize to Higure, do you understand?"
By now, Cloud had risen from the ground and stood by Suzume's side. He was not a shinobi dog but he was still a dog, and he had a pretty good shot at Kyo's crotch if he tried striking Suzume while she had the baby in her arms.
