Her eyes widened at what Brat had to say. "A bottle? No kidding? No mixing or anything?! Well guess what's going to be on my next grocery list!"

She held up her glass in a mock-cheer and then laughed softly.

*laughing and talking, they finally finish the bathroom with her mopping them out the door. They move on to her bedroom, dusting, vacuuming and changing the bedding out from winter to spring sets. Then the cleaning party is moved to her gigantic walk-in closet, which makes her want to cry and dame second guess her wanting to help. Looking at each other, they decide to save that for last. From the hallway to the kitchen, they clean thoroughly, with her praying that Flame is sleep and dame shooting everything possible at Flames closed door.

Once in the living room, they flop down on the couch in a huff, sweating and tired. Glad that she's down to two rooms, she looks at dame and smiles, thanking her over and over for helping out. Checking the time, she opts to leave the last rooms for later on in the week. Agreeing, dame stands and stretches, heading towards the door. Remembering that her print isn't in the system yet, she heads out with her, taking her to the passageway and lets her out.

In the office, she sees the patrons have gathered in there. Confused, her and dame look around to see what's going on. When she spots Amy on the couch, hands bandaged, she sighs getting her answer. Hugging dame, she thanks her one last time and tells the patrons goodnight, going back through the passageway and to her place, locking the door behind her. As soon as she turns to head to her room, she sees Flame leaning just inside the kitchen entrance, smirking. Rolling her eyes, she looks at him, knowing this is going to be a long night*

<<< huggles Iggies and the rest and says his goodnights before passing out for the night - I'll have my post completed before the weekend (I hope). I need to get a hold of Series1 and be able to finish writing before I can post, obviously. This week and weekend and maybe next week will be really crazy, but then things should mellow back out again.

"How long have you been playing the guitar, Dec?"

She drank some more of the drink Brat had prepared for her.

-Dec laughed- Not as long as I have been singing. I'll tell you that. I grew up singing; had a musical family you know. I started playing guitar about five years ago. I got scouted as a vocalist for a band while I was still in college. At first I wasn't really interested. I mean, I was studying to be a music teacher not a performer. But they kept after me and eventually I joined up. They basically forced me to start playing guitar.

Amy responded to Brat's casual observation, even if she couldn't hear her because she put her IPOD headphones in her ears. "I am a Little House on the Prairie fan, myself. Never got into The Waltons."

*finishes wiping down the counter, takes the mop and bucket back to the storage room and rinses them out. Returns to his table, picking up his papers and putting them back in his bag. Seeing Dame and Icy come back upstairs, he invites Dame over to his place for the night* Good night, everyone. *He and Dame leave the bar*

*nuzzles farewell to Amy and follows Karrie and Dame home*

Amy's eyebrows raised in surprise at Dec's words. "Oh wow, really?! That's so cool! Not only did you go to college but you also sing and play guitar? That is so neat. I've never heard you sing before. Perhaps I can come to your shows sometime and hear you. Do you sing at your shows, too? Or do you only play guitar then?"

Amy petted Velcore's head in farewell as he nuzzled her. She also waved to Karrie. "Night Karrie, and thank you again!"

She sighed when they left the bar. "Velcore is so sweet... I really want a pet like him."

*Sees karrie leaving with dame and waves to them, tossing a cookie to Velcore.*

-Smiles at the dragon again- Me too. I know guys aren't suposed to like cuddly things but eh, I dont care.

Yeah I still sing. I left the first band and joined up with their rival; I am their lead vocalist and guitar. (Please dont ask me the name. I forgot and must look it up. sweatdrop )

-He winks- Sure, you can come to one of my shows. You can hear the whole band. But how about I give you a taste right now. -gets guitar out of case, it is accustic rather than electric, oddly enough- I uses both types of guitars in some shows, but how bout it? Any requests?

((hehe Dec has three careers: music teacher, band member, escort. Just trying to make ends meet, yo.))

*Walks into the back door of her residence carrying a bunch of shopping bags. Her dogs greet her and she struggles to get past the two of them while holding all of her purchases. She finally reaches her bedroom and plunks all the bags on the bed. She grins and goes to the mini bar in her bedroom and fixes a Manhattan.*
