Aye, Ed. It's been this way awhile. Just changin' s**t up for the sake of not... Well, I don't like throbbing biceps all the time. Ha ha.
I still gotta get Threading Needle from ya, though. Ha ha.

The Seven Swords of the Mist aren't to be used because, as far as our guild is concerned, they don't actually exist.

could an organization be created in a village so long as any perks are created as custom weapons or jutsu? so... an organization that shares certain style of jutsu or certain kinds of weapons... could a village start one using people's customs?
and on that note. custom jutsu can be taught to others so long as they would normally be able to learn it (so... anyone could learn a maruton d rank custom) but it would still count towards their custom limit. right? or am i wrong.
